S&F mild steel for wind ties for roof including securing bolts ,incuding cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M & L for preparation of new or previously un treated steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome on steel and iron surfaces all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 15 mm thck on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

M&L for providing 12mm thick Gyp boards in ceilings fixed to ceiling sections with screws @ 300mm centre to centre and making good joints Gypsum binder including preparing the surfaces of ceiling boards and applying 2 coats of acrylic oil emulsion distemper with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofits at approxly 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats, GI suspenders and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each side with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre all as specified as directed.

M&L for false ceiling corners with designed angular shape of size 100x100mm with POP fixed on 6mm thick fibre board with 20x20mm, 0.55mm thick galvanised sections fixed at intervals not more than 750mm complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium window with double side hung shutter for glazing and gauging and frame with one or more rebates made out of JINDAL/ INDAL anodised aluminium section including section for fixing of aluminium grills with suitable fixtures, jointing cleats for fixing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium beading screws, type B20 100mm long suitable handle and anodised aluminum fittings such as stay, hinges glazing with 5 mm thick tinted sheet glass and gauging with aluminium wire cloth of size 0.45mm dia of wire and 1.40mm aperture as per drg No. CEAA/TD/133 sheet No. 1/2 and 2/2 dated 13.12.02 except fixed glazing (FG) all as specified and directed.(Tint of glass shall be approved by GE) Note :- Aluminium grill fixed under above item shall be measured and paid separately

S & F for MS purpose made but hinges conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 suitable for fixing to stone/concrete, door and window frames including fabrication work etc complete all as specified.

M&L100 mm thick for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in path/ hard standing finishing smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L100 mm thick for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in path/ hard standing complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm X 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Gde 'B' for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for laying 5mm thick epoxy flooring layer in two layers top layer 2mm thick quick transfer of static charges/electricity of floor and laying 2mm thick conductive type epoxy based polyurethane coating of approved colour laid for smooth , easily cleanable glossy finished surfaces and bottom layer 3mm thick epoxy over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabricate & fix anodised (15 micron) aluminium sliding windows/ ventilators made out of Jindal/Hindalco Aluminium sections as in frames, sliding/ fixed shutters etc. With one or more rebates incl. Jointing cleats & locking arrangements complete all as specified & as per manufacturer's instruction. Note- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for supply of aluminium sections, fabricate & fixing in position of window frames & shutters, locking arrangements complete.

S&F rubber beading for fixing of glass of item No 48 above complete.
