Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. All consumables, all type of fasteners as per existing material grade, O-rings, grease, cotton rags, diesel oil, gland packings, oil packings, Neoprene rubber packings, washers, paints, indicators, wheels, lapping paste, emery papers (smooth, rough), anabond, Grease nipples, bushes, sleeves, rubber linings, valve seats, springs, diaphragms, lids, spindles as per existing material grade etc.,

Overhauling of Valves: 50 to 99mm

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. SS strainers to be removed, overhauled and refitted

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. All consumables, all type of fasteners as per existing material grade, O-rings, grease, cotton rags, diesel oil, gland packings, oil packings, Neoprene rubber packings, washers, paints, indicators, wheels, lapping paste, emery papers (smooth, rough), anabond, Grease nipples, bushes, sleeves, rubber linings, valve seats, springs, diaphragms, lids, spindles as per existing material grade etc.,

Emergency shut fire dampers valves are to be serviced and fitted back its should be air tight.

Crew toilet sea water flush out valve 3 Nos are to be renewed - 1 1/2".

Supply of New Valves: Crew toilet sea water flush out valve 3 Nos are to be procured and supplied. ( New SS valves procurement in contractor scope)

Renewal of 50 mm dia valve. New valve procurement in contractor scope

Supply of New Valves: New valve 50 mm dia is to be procured and supplied. New valve procurement in contractor scope

65 mm dia GM SOST valves to be removed, renewed and new valve supply and fitment in contractor scope

Supply of New Valves: New valve is to be procured and supplied (65 mm dia), (new valve supply in contractor scope)

Sea suction strainers are to be provided for the pumps ( 8 Nos) which take suction from main sea chest - 200 mm dia , new GM strainers procurement in contractor scope.

Supply of GM Sea suction strainers: GM Strainers are to be procured and supplied (200 mm dia) (New GM strainers procurement in contractor scope).
