To qualify for award of this contract each tender in his or her in the last 5 years should have satisfactorily completed at least 90oercent of the contract value of on-going works in any one year during the previous five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 as prime contractor at least one similar nature of work as value not less than Rs. 10.61 Lakhs usually not less than 50percent of the amount put to tender under this contract. Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division work of the previous year shall be updated to 2025-26 by giving weightage of 10percent per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited Note Similar nature of work means Bidder should execute the work in Supplying man powers to offices equivalent to Computer Operators, Driver and D Group in any Govt Sector since last 5 years Any one year as above mentioned years.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Tender capacity ( Ax Nx 2.5- B ) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years(2021-22 to 2025-26) (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 1/12 years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Liquid Assets and or availability of cridet facilities of not less than Rs. 6.37 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirements etc., usavaly the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Amount put to tender i.e. for Rs. 21.22 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2026-27 turnover during 2021-22 to 2025-26 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited per annum upto 2025-26. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with Compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished.

Scanned signature of the bidder along with phone number / authorised representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorised representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded & the original should be produced at the time of opening of tender

If there is more than one number of eligible L1 bidders, then bidder selection will be done by lottery process at Division office level and the decision of the tender inviting authority is final in this regard

The contractor should quote the rates considering previlling minimum wages as per Karnataka Minimum wages act 1954 and L.D 411 L.W.A 2023 Dated . 22-05-2026, 106 LWA 2021 Dated 28-07-2022. In case of quoted rates are less then minimum wages will be liable for rejection.
