AMC FOR CC TV CAMERA AND SPARERS
FOR AMC OF CCTV CAMERA INSTALLED IN FACTORY SITE- Annual maintenance contract for CCTV camera system etc. Installed in factory site. It includes repair/maintenance of all CCTV Cameras/DVR/accessories with free replacement of parts like BNC, video, DC & joint connectors, CCD board lens of respective sizes and mount stand as per requirement. Remain parts shall be provided by factory as required. 1. Only basic rates are to be quoted. Duties & Taxes as applicable shall be paid extra for which Party has to give G.S.T. Registration Number 2. The job is to be executed at our site at Kichha Sugar Co. Ltd., Kichha 3. You had to depute your service engineer every month for maintenance of the equipments for trouble free working i.e. in each month during the AMC period. Beside above in case of any urgency, you had to depute your service engineer within shortest notice period/telephonic call to rectify the defect and ensure trouble free working. 4. Duration of AMC shall be for one complete year (i.e. 12 months) since contract order at your end.
