Supply of RCC pipe (Muff) ISI marked suitable for different sizes of steel poles. 2000 mm in length and 25 mm thick with 250 mm internal dia duly fabricated by using un-galvanized MS wires of 12 SWG rings and 6 mm MS round in vertical direction conforming to ISI 458-1988 or latest version if any.

Supply of shackle insulator.

Supply of D-Iron (U-Clamps)

Supply of LT stay set (i/c stay clamp)

Supply of Stay Wire (7/3.15 mm) (7.0 Kg per stay set)

Supply of Egg. Insulator

Supply of Nuts & Bolts @25 KG Per Km.

Supply of Aluminium paint.

Erection Part:- LT Line

Erection of steel tubular pole 8.00 & 900 mtr long (Single pole) digging of pit, Erection of pole, Drilling of holes in X-arm, , Fixing of insulator X-arm knee-bracing set top clamp, Fixing of barbed wire danger plate, Concreting of RCC Muff with c:c 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 aggregate 20 mm nomial size with curing complete etc.) , Filling of pit+ramming, painting of pole and all steel items (Punching of the poles is stricitly not allowed)

Laying, stringing , sagging & binding with Insulator of AAAC rabbit conductor of size 7/3.15 mm2 (55mm2) & GI wire including jumpering etc. complete.

Erection of Stay Set LT (Digging of pit, fixing of stay rod, filling of pit , nozzeling & tighting)

MANUAL CARRIAGE OF MATERIAL FOR LT LINE CONSIDERING AVERAGE DISTANCE FROM ROAD HEAD TO SITE OF WORK AVERAGE LEAD=0.500 KM
