Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F non skid ceramic coloured tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm and 6 - 7 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and S & F Glazed Ceramic tiles of 300x200mm size and 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description and in any position of size exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates of size 125 mm X 60 mm , including fixing of necessory lugs , hinges , lock strike plates , etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls in mud mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and finishiung the surface to match with existing surfaces complete, as specified, and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium sliding window (any suitable track) with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg / RM including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware ie. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A'.

M & L for powder coated aluminum grill of design No DG-104, 6.5 mm x 4.5 mm Section of decogrill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm (weight not less than 600 gms / sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F 35 mm thick factory made Flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commenrcial face on both sides with lipping / frame to match with and including preparation of the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F butt hinges 100 mm long stainless steel medium weight and fixed to wooden or PVC frame with stainless stell screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm long aluminum anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminum alloy handles 150 mm size cast type anodized complete all as specified and directed.

S & F butt hinges 100 mm long mild steel medium weight cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium alloy, anodized sliding door bolt of 300 mm length with hasp and staple (clip type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolt of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and direccted.

Dismantling of old PCC tiles of any discription and in any positon and S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel roof trusses (framed) trusses purlins and fastening (etc.,angle, channel) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates / gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 quality A also fastening and fixing and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer alround before fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised ,with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor, having overall length of cover plate 140 mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted, matt finish, 600 mm x 600 mm x 12 to 15 mm thick with perforations of approved brand / make laid over and including grid work of size 600 mm x 600 mm, made out of 0.5 mm thick GI tee 32 mm x 24 mm for main 25 mm x 24 mm for cross tee and 20 mm x 20 mm angle fixed on wall, powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle hung from ceiling using 2 mm thick G I Suspension wires spaced at 1200 mm on main runners including making nitches for fans / light complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails and S & F for Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 12mm thick plain wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on and including 12mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling (At the spacing of 1 feet centre to centre) inclusive of fixing on to the shelters to make PVC frame complete all as per specification and drawing and all as specified and as directed Make : Sintex / Rajshree plastic wood. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
