Dismantling floor, hearth tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm and 6 - 7 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in one layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 ( this layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces after preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil- emulsion , white or tinted over a coat of primer surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description and in any position of size exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. in brick walls and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium sliding window (any suitable track) with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg / RM including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware ie. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A'.

M & L for anodised aluminium ventilator shutter any type of aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary hardware i.e. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for powder coated aluminum grill of design No DG-104, 6.5 mm x 4.5 mm Section of decogrill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm (weight not less than 600 gms / sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position (reinforced) in any position in beams, columns, chajjas and similar situations and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment and M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/sunken floor filling and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and direccted.

M & L for for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Note: Flat Plane area shall be measured and paid. Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc. Stage 2:- Providing 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd and allow to dry for 8 hours under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:- Filling the Same Portion with plain concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (This item of PCC will be measured and paid for separately as M & L under appropriate item of Sch 'A') Stage 6:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600 mm long 40 mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

S & F in repair aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 m ( weight not less than 600 gms / sqm ) and fixed with aluminium wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over tack coat of industrial bitumin 85/25 @ 1.20 kg / sqm incl cleaning surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick of CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing water proofing compound @3% by weight. complete all as directed.

Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit/Casing & Caping will be measured as one length.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed. Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft loose soil.
