Removing existing old Asbestos Cement sheet roofing of the plant (ROOFING UPTO ANY PITCH AND HEIGHT UPTO 15.00 M), including ridges,hips,valleys,and gutters etc.,and stacking the servicable material within 50M lead, Cleaning the surface of all loose material throughly and disposing of all the removed material outside the Plants premises at risk and cost of the contractor, including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, Scaffolding, Safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqm etc.as directed by Engineer In charge.

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water 150 mm dia. pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead, including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, Scaffolding safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqm etc.as directed by Engineer In charge.

Dismantling existing steel work in built up section upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs consisting of chequered plate, beam, channel, angles, railing pipes, gusset plates, bolts, nuts by cutting rivets, welding by unloading safely at ground and transporting within a limit of 500 mtrs. etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. With welded/bolted connection to all structural steel works for platform, stairs, ladders, beams, joints, bracings, columns, built up Section, hollow box sections etc. by using plates, beams, channels, angles, pipes, etc. conforming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, Scaffolding Safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqm etc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Fabrication from existing dismantled section by cutting from old pipes, plates, angles channels, gratings etc by welding, erecting in penlion upto 15 m height, including cost of transportation labour consumables tools machine etc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable prime etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & fixing at all heights (up to 15.00 Mtr ), levels and locations colour finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, Scaffolding safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqm ,T&P and sundries,fittings like Precoated/Mill finish Aluminium plain north light cuves ( Aprox. 60 Mtr), Precoated/Mill finish Aluminium gutter ( Approx. 120 Mtr.), Precoated/mill finish aluminium Barge board (Upto 200 mm) /Corner angle (Approx. 70 Mtr.), Precoated/Mill finish Aluminium plain ridges 0.71 mm TCT/plain and 500- 600 mm wide (Approx. 60Mtr.) fittings as per site requirement etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame structure member work shall be paid separately).

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch (Up to 15 M Height), including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified, including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances,scaffolding, safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqm etc.as directed by Engineer In charge.

2 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.2" or 6") or step-down (2" or 3" or 6" ) as specified

Providing and fixing on wall face 110 mm dia. unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes, including cost of all material and fittings like shoe of same dia, labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, safety net, appropriate scaffolding etc.as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

Providing and applying two or more coats of ready mix epoxy paint of 90 micron DFT of approved make and shade for various type of steel roof truss ,structure,gratings,Railing etc. erected in position at all locations and heights upto a height of 15M to give an even shade including cost of primmer wherever neccessery ,using spray gun wherever brush painting is not possible, cleaning the surface scaffolding, removing rust, dust, grease oil, peeled old paint, and suitable premire wherever required, including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances,scaffolding, safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqm etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.( The job will be carried out as per checklist to obtained desired thickness and to maintaining safe condition.) Note:- Out of total theortical quentity as calculated 50% quantity in first lot and balance 50% in 2nd lot have to be deposited at department custody.
