Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or ground level) all as specified and driected

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm as in sub floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc all as specified and directed

M & L for cutting and widening existing cracks not exc 1cm in girth in 'V" shape in wall and then filling in CM 1:3 including making good to facings complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge

M&L for preparation old plastered or unplastered, surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed

All as per item No 5 above but on ceiling all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick Micro-concrete flooring complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of following steps/Stages

Providing and applying Epxoy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 Kg/ltr, compressive strength (BS-6319 PT-3) -25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881) - 11 N/mm2 at 7 days, between two substrate (old and new) for proper bonding before placing of micro-concrete having an over lay time of 3 hrs at 30 degree C into the formwork using suitbale arrangement Make : TM Bond EP of Thermax/Webac chemicals/Colmef/any approved brand

Providing and applying corrosion resistance non-shrink free flow, cementitious one component Mirco-concrete with average thickness 50 mm in addition of washed aggregate of 10 mm down in 1:1 ration having to achieve compressive strength (BS : 4551 - 80) 6.5 Mpa at 28 days, tensile strenth (ASTM C 348)-2 N/mm2 @ 28 days, flexural strenth (ASTM C 348) - 9 N/mm2, using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the mirco-concrete and existing concrete substrate etc including all tools and tackels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Broadcasting of Tecfloor HTS on green freshly laid microconcrete @ 4-5 Kg/Sqm manually to form hard topping to achieve hardness of 7-8 as per Mohr's scale, indention resistance < 2 mm (as per BS 8204) & 150 % higher abrasion resistance over control as per IS 1237-1980 Make : Tecfloor HTS of Thermax/Webac chemicals/Colmef/any approved brand

Groove cutting to make panel at a distance of 4 m x 5 m on the microconcrete broadcasted with Tecfloor HTS. The minimum size of groove to be of 10 mm x 10 mm. Followed by application of Maxcure 75 on the laid surface for curing of the micrococnrete. Curing efficiency : Maxcure CC7 75 complies with internationally recognized ASTM C309-90 standards

Filling of the sealant after curing of microconcrete with two part Polysulphide Sealant :- The system is a two part joint sealant based on a liquid polysulphide polymer. It shall have a density of 1.60-1.65 Kgs/ltr with solid content of 100 %. The application temperature shall be around 5 degree C - 50 degree C. The pot life is min 2 hrs at 25 degree C with hardness shore A at 8-20 @ 25 degree C. It gets fully cured before permanent immersion in water. The setting time of the system is 72 hrs @ 5 degree C, 36 hrs @ 15 degree C and 18 hrs @ 25 degree C Make : Maxlfex @ PS of Thermax/Webac Chemicals /Colmef or as equivalent Note : Cost to include all material, albour, equipment, wastage, consumables, tools and tackles all complete

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutter from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm n exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.
