Inspection of following DEA set and control panel at site, diagnosis of faults, rectification of minor fault at site without any spare if possible or with replacement of spare mentioned in item no-7, or submission of inspection and activity report etc as reqd.

a) UP to 40 KVA

Servicing of following DEA Sets including draining out the existing burnt out lubricating oil, replacement of Lub. oil, Lub. Oil filter & Fuel filters of approved make to match with the make of E/A set, etc. as required. (Make of Lub oil- K-oil Supper 15W40 Valvoline powergen XL gold Supreme).

a) Up-to 25 KVA i/c 25 KVA.

b) From 30 KVA to 40 KVA.

Repairing ,serviceing & calibration of fuel pump I/c replacement of the delivery valve, joints, rings etc I/c checking & adjusting injector nozzel complete as reqd.

Cylinder Haeads cleaning ,Cutting ,grinding ,Laping ,water testing ,Polishing ,machinizing ,facing of cylinder head at reputed workshop for setting of valve ,valve seat ,valve guide assembling fitting along with to and fro transporation from site to workshop etc complete as reqd .

Repairing / rectification fault of 12 volt Battery charging alternator/ Dynamo of DG set i/c checking connection, replacement of faulty diode assembly / voltage regulator etc if any i/c re-installation & testing etc. as reqd. [ Up to 40 KVA DEA set]

Repairing / rectification fault of 12 volt self starter motor of DG set i/c checking connection, replacement of faulty armature/bandage/ field coil etc if any i/c re-installation & testing etc. as reqd. [ Up to 40 KVA DEA set]

Supplying following spare/ accessories as reqd. [ Up to 40 KVA DEA set]

Coolent additive in radiator water

Solid State AVR (compiotable one / oem )

Stop Solenoid.

SMPS battery charges (BSNL approved make 120 VA capacity )

Lub oil pressure guage.

Water temperature guage.

On, start & stop key switch.

16 Sq.mm multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor cable for Battery Leads wires of 1 m length.(1 job= 1 Pair)
