Inside and outside Decoration of NITB, Main Entry gate, Garden area, and complete front side of NITB, Old terminal building and colony gate on 25.01.2020 and 26.01.2020. Inside NITB (Arrival, check-in-area, SHA (both) , Aerobridge (both) With tri-colors balloons, velvet strips, Paper artificial flowers etc. NITB front face, Main entry gate, Colony gate & Old terminal building With series / rope of LED PAR lights at a distance of not more than 01 meter (Items to be executed as per design (pattern) and effects approved by Airport Director)

Provision of stage of size 15 X 15ft with back cover including adequate LED and series LED lighting at the canopy area (city side) of NITB on 26.01.2020 for cultural program.complete

Providing 300 Plastic chairs for seating at NITB during flag hosting venue and thereafter be shifted at cultural programme venue on 26.01.2020.

Provision of 700 in no’s tri-colour band and 700 in no’s flags with AAI logo as per design provided.

Provision of 200 White cap with AAI logo as per design provided

Providing & placing of Carpet for seating during flag hosting size 60 ft X 100 ft and red carpet of size 100 ft X 4 ft.

Provision of Stage including back cover with 10 VIP seating chairs during flag hosting

Decoration of Self-fie point near flag hosting with artificial flowers and LED series lights.

Decoration of arrival and departure gate of NITB with tri-color balloons

Provision of 02 service table of size 05 ft X 2 ft & supply of 500 no’s water bottles of 200 ml during flag hosting and cultural event

Supply of Sweet Box (@ 100 gms each.) containing desi ghee laddu. Total box required 1000 box(sample to be approved by Airport Director)

Supply of desi Ghee medium size Laddu in 1 kg box. Total Quantity required – 20 box(sample to be approved by Airport Director)

Preparation of banner of size 15 X 10 ft at stage to promote cultural programme

Provision of complete music system compatible with Laptop and Mobile with cordless mike (03) and accessories to on 15.08.19.

Provision of 04 service boys during flag hosting and 02 service boys during cultural program in the evening on 26.01.2020.

Supply of 100 no refreshment packs ( 01 Samosa/Puf/half veg sandwich(03 slice), 01 frooti , 20 gms potato wafers with sauce sachet and tissue paper)( As approved by Airport Director)
