Earth work (Rising main)

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift up to 1.5m. lead up to 30 M. including refilling watering ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth up to a distabce of 60 m. from trenches including supply of labour and T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with singhel bajri & boulders and rest 25 % will be in medium rock.

M.S pipe conforiming to IS:8329/2000 Proving of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing of full length MS ERW Iron Pipes by overlap fusion joint including supply of 'EPDM' rubber gaskets conforming to IS:5382-1985 with testing of pipe line complete.

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. CWR of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) with M.S. ladder outside the tank and alluminium ladder inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover, ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2. Providing / Laying of P.C.C. (1:4:8) for rising main village path repair work including supply of all labour material etc.

Provision for payment to be made for Road dressing/Approach for pump house and cutting for Approach road as per unit estimate or as per instruction given by engineer incharge complete with all necessary machines,labour, T&P etc.

Cartage of M.S. pipe

Cartage of M.S.. pipe and special from Division store to site of work (Barkot) including loading unloading complete by by truck at 30 KM.

Cartage of M.S.. pipe and special from Site store to site of work by head load up to 2.0 Km.
