E2101184 - Servicing of battery chargers
Battery charger unit to be overhauled which includes cleaning and connection tightness to be cheked.Defective components i.e Fuses,Diodes,IC s,rotary switches,meters,indication lamps etc. are to be renewed.Complete material to be supplied by the contractor.PCBs inside the charger are to be repaired and defective PCBs,meters (current & voltage) to be replaced by the contractor. To check the insulation values of the rectifier panels and to be repaired and defective components in rectifiers to be supplied by contractor. All the battery chargers are to be serviced/repaired for accurate voltage/current output for charging of the batteries.After completion of the job, satisfactory load trials to be shown to HSL/Shipstaff.

D2102070 - Propulsion Tachogenerator and indicator
The propulsion tachogenerator/revolution indicator to be overhauled on the both port and starboard side.Gear engament/disengagement system to be overhauled. After overhauling same has to be simulated for full shaft rotation (full shaft RPM) and the readings are to be matched exactly with the actual shaft rotation along with indicators. Complete material required for overhauling of the system has to be supplied by the contractor.After completion of the job satisfactory trial/sea trials to be shown to HSL and shipstaff.
DM2101235/DM2101236 - Fuel Monitoring system
Servicing and calibration of fuel monitoring system . The whole system (port and starboard)to remove and shift for calibration.After calibration entire system has to be fitted back and calibration certificate to be provided for both port and starboard systems by the authorised agency.Complete material required for servicing & Calibration of the system has to be supplied by the contractor including transmitters,consumables etc. Necessary trials to be shown to HSL/Shipstaff after fitment of the system.
