DEPOSIT-Pappinisseri CHC-SITC of 82.5 kVA DG SET-General Electrical Work

OD114392/2024-2025:Supply, Conveyance, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 82.5 kVA DG set with integral acoustic enclosure confirming to CPCB 4 and latest amendments with accessories as per the technical details given below :- i. Engine a. Make of Engine : As per Specified in the List of Materials b. Type of Engine : Diesel Engine c. No. of Cylinders : Suitable to develop the required BHP as per manufacturers standard d. Method of Cooling: Water Cooling (with radiator) e. Aspiration : Tubro charged after cooled f. Design : Suitable for generator set application g. Output : BHP ratings specified by the respective manufacturers capable of delivering the required power for alternator. ii. Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a. Flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator (Close coupled arrangement) b. Air Cleaner c. Coolant Kit d. Fuel Pump e. Electronic governor with solid state potentiometer accepting digital pulse input from PLC(backed with mechanical governor supplied as standard with the set by the manufacturer) f. Fuel filter g. Lubricating Oil filter h. Residential type exhaust silencer iii. Engine Instrument Panel a. Starting switch with key or button b. Lubricating oil temperature gauge c. Lubricating oil pressure gauge Water temperature gauge e. RPM Indicator with hour meter f. Battery charging ammeter iv. Safety Controls for Engine a. Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b. Fuel Pipe: Oil resistant flexible hoses 25mm dial or nearest size MS pipe as per manufacturers requirement for fuel line extension with regulator valve. v. Alternator a. Make : As per Specified in the List of Materials . b. Type : Self exited and self regulated c. Capacity : 82.5 kVA d. System of Voltage : 3 phase, 415V e. Speed : 1500rpm f. Voltage regulation band : +1.00% of rated voltage g. Insulation : Class F/H h. AVR : AVR shall be provided with a motorized or solid state potentiometer. i. IP rating of enclosure : IP 23 j. Waveform distortion : No load < 1.5%, non- distorting, balanced Linear load <5 Total harmonic factor : Better than 2% Standard control panel with suitably rated 4 pole MCCB .m.12V,15A Automatic Battery charger suitable for required Ah Battery, having . Full protection against battery overcharging & reverse polarity. Over voltage, overload & short circuit protection, reverse battery protection The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. vii. Fuel tank. Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity with 20 litters Diesel viii. Battery: Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufacturers requirement. ix Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc x. Acoustic Enclosure with CPCB Norms 4 a. The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company from where the DG set is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the CPCB norms 4 ,. b. Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c. Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50 degree Celsius enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environment. e. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make. f. Insulation material shall conform to IS 8183 specifications for better attenuation. xi. Documents to be supplied. a. Engine manual. b. Spares parts book c. Warranty certificate d. Alternator manual & test certificate 1 set control wiring drawing xii. Installation It shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards, IE rules and as per the direction of the departmental officials. xiii. Testing and Commissioning : xiv. During the 3 year Guarantee period comprehensive maintenance including all services periodic maintanance as per manufacture recommendation and repairs shall be arranged from date of commissioning .

90.14.5:Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board

OD110579/2024-2025:Supply and providing the following size of B class MS pipe conforming to relevant IS specifications complete with heavy guage specials such as bends, flanges etc welded and fixed at appropriate locations, providing cork sheet in between the flanges at the joints, bolting the flanges together, painting the pipe, flange etc with 2 coats of heat resistant paint suitable for outdoor applications, fixing the pipe firmly with fabricated structure/wall/any other mechanical support etc as required.- 80 mm dia B class MS pipe as extended exhaust pipe.

14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

14.11:Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

OD110580/2024-2025:Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1;4 (1 cement;4 fine sand) at all levels

OD42243/2026-2027:Dismatling the existing 15 kVA DG set and AMF pannel after disconnecdting cable connections ,earth connections , dismantling MS exhaust pipe etc. Lifting and placing to the same to suitable location as required.

5.4:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
