Bidder should be a legally registered entity (Company/Firm/Proprietorship/Partnership/LLP). Copy of registration certificate to be submitted.
The bidder shall have achieved an average annual financial turnover of not less than RS. 99.99 Lakhs during any two financial years out of the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26).Turnover shall be certified by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN.
The bidder shall have successfully completed during the last five years i.e (2021-22 to 2025-26) One similar work costing not less than RS. 49.99 Lakhs,Similar work means such as Digitization, Scanning, Indexing, Barcoding, Record Management, Document Management System (DMS), E Office Integration, or E Transformation of Government/Semi Government/ULB records.
The bidder shall possess liquid assets, credit facilities, of not less than RS.29.99 Lakhs issued by a Nationalized/Scheduled Bank.
The bidder shall mandatorily visit the office of Raichur City Corporation before submission of the bid and acquaint themselves with the nature, volume, and scope of the document digitization work.The bidder shall present a live demonstration of the proposed digitization methodology, software/application, equipment, workflow, indexing process, quality control measures, security features, and document management system. The demonstration shall cover all requirements specified under the Scope of Work.The Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC/TCC) shall evaluate the demonstration only to verify the bidder's capability to execute the work in accordance with the tender requirements.Upon successful completion of the site visit and demonstration, the Corporation shall issue a Site Visit and Demonstration Certificate signed by the authorized officer. The bidder shall upload the scanned copy of the duly signed Site Visit and Demonstration Certificate along with the technical bid. Failure to upload the certificate shall render the bid liable for rejection as non-responsive.The demonstration shall not constitute financial or technical evaluation marks unless specifically provided elsewhere in the tender document. It is intended only to verify compliance with the tender requirements.
Bidder should not have been blacklisted/debarred by any Government Department/PSU. Self-declaration affidavit required.

SEGRIGATION OF FILES, Segregation of files sub section wise. Sorting of files Year wise. Counting of File (Year wise and section wise) of all Records. Counting of individual file sheet each correspondence and note sheet. Replacement wrappers of A and B Category (wrappers to be supplied from Clint office).
