Charges for plugging the bay by stop logs and removing the same.
Scaffolding charges for strengthening work, repairing of cracks, painting of erected gates in the bay of main Barrage.
Strengthening work including cost of material 1/2 inch drill on both side of cracks of 5 nos. under sluice gates replaced under (Phase Zero/ six gates) including supply, transportation & fabrication at site on erected gates in the bay causes cracks developed in the bottom, middle & top horizontal web plate girder of Under Sluice gates of main Barrage of FBP.
Strengthening work including cost of material 1/2 inch drill on both side of cracks of 1 no. crest gate replaced under (Phase Zero) including supply, transportation & fabrication at site on erected gates in the bay causes cracks developed in the bottom, middle & top horizontal web plate girder of Crest gate of main Barrage of FBP.
Fabrication work including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc., including packing & forwarding charges as per specifications and approved drawings.
Modification / rectification of wheels of crest gate of main barrage, followed by blocking of bay by stop-log gates and opening it from erected gates in the bay with special tools and tackles further fitting /fixing in previous shape after machining on pin for making groove, change collar, V-seal, o ring, gasket etc. change bearing if required and conducting successful pressure test after assembly of wheel as per approved drawing or as per direction of EIC.
