REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OF ROOF, PARAPET CHAJJA, FACIA AND OTHER CONNECTED REPAIRING WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (as second coat), over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (as first coat) on stone / PCC block masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on wall surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered celing surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/chajjas of buildings including taking down plaster and removing the debris outside of MD land. Note :- The quoted rate is inclusive of removing earthstrip/cables and refixing the same after execution of water proofing membrane work. No claim what so ever shall be entertained on this issue in later stage.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions and finishing the surface fair and even. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Demolition of existing lime concrete/PCC padding of any thickness and description laid over RCC roof/Chajjas, cleaning and washing of roof with water to remove dust to receive waterproofing treatment including removal of debris out side MD land.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as level course in roof pading complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing the edge/corner of chajja/roof projection down ward type and similar work by using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 including necessary formwork and apply 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 150 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing 500 litre tanks capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning,including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipeetc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Disconnecting existing 1000 litre tanks capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning,including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipeetc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.
