MODIFICATION OF STATION AMBULANCE TO CIRTICAL CARE AMBULANCE FOR ICGS KRISHNAPATNAM

(a) The following medical equipment are to be fitted :- (i) Basic Vital Parameter Monitor -01 No (ii) Pulse Oximeter -01 No (iii) Oxygen Cylinder with Stand and Regulator with BPL flow meter with high modifier. -01 No (iv) Automated Cardiac defibrillator (AC) - 01 No (v) Transport Ventilator - 01 No (vi) Basic Resuscitative Equipment set intubation / Hemorrhage Control - 01 No (vii) Suction Apparatus - 01 No (viii) Infusion Pump - 01 No (ix) Electro Cardiograph Machine (ECM) - 01 No (x) Collapsible Stretcher - 01 No

(b) Partition between patient and driver’s cabin with a glass window between for visibility. (c) Patient cabin: Interior top and side wall panelling to be provided in GFRP, 6mm thickness and Water proof plywood with vinyl flooring product to be provided.

(d) Patient Cabin: Provision of 800VA, high frequency inverter.

(e)Patient cabin: Provisioning of patrician fibre cup board for fix ventilator/monitor/defibrillator and suction with concealed 220V plug points 5 Nos and O2 outlet.

(f) Patient cabin: Provision of 12V fan, LED light (12V, 36W) and Patient examination light (12V, 55W).

(g) Patient Cabin: Provision of Medical rack, 3 & 4 drawers with container, S.S wash basin, electrically foot switch operated with 25 litre water tank capacity, Anti skit and shock absorbing mat , Retractable Doctor Seat, trolley and attendant seat, Overhead cupboard with glass door for storage , IV bottle hook and Interior fibre top

(h) Patient & driver cabin: Complete wiring, sleeves with channel routed, SCB for 220V AC, fuses with fuse box

(j) Driver cabin: Provision of 12V fan and 12V/18W tube light

(k) Provision of Complete gas pipeline with tubing 02 nos O2 cylinder along with pressure gauge display and provision of Blue and red high illuminating LED side blinking light

(l) Provision of 90 AH alternator and provision of RMS door.

(m) Complete painting work of ambulance, Sticker work of ambulance, Provision of UV radiation resistant sun control film, Provision of designer bigger foot rest for easy access into patient and Provision of window glass open & closed

(n) Provision of blue and red siren light, 100 Watt siren amplifier, Public Address System, 80 Watt Siren speaker access into patient and Provision of window glass open & closed

(p) Air condition (only for patient cabin) : Provision of micro bus blower, compressor, heavy duty condensor, hewavy duty drier, heavy duty electrical fan, key switch with access into patient and Provision of window glass open & closed
