Taking up cast iron water pipe line including all fittings laid in trenches heavy class with flanged / socket and spigot ends including all fittings viz, forged steel screwed fittings, flanged, bends, tees, reducers, elbow, clamps, hanger etc and kept in safe custody for reuse / disposal / taking credit the same for the following bore complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel bend (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branches 'Y' junction double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs for upto 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as directed.

The Annual Routine check up and preventive maintenance of Mechanical laundry eaquipment such as Washer extractor-02 nos, drying tumbler-02 nos, flat bed press-03 nos, manding machine-01 nos,copressor-01 nos and slucing machine-01 nos through authorise service agency by rep. of (FABCARE) company at 155 BH with the following condition. (a) Routin check up visites for procative and preventive maintenance gidance safty and equipments and also health checkup three times in each machine above given in a year from the work order (b) Guidance for overhauling of the equipments as per the scope, two times in year in each machine

Opening of Front loading type washer extractor 120 Kg capacity and dismantling unit after disconnection of electrical /stremline and taking out of the shaft, pully with others spares for carryout inspection of all bearing, bush, coupling, pully and overhauling the same, rectification the defects including repacement of unserviceable spare parts and assembling the same for smooth running after applying approved grade of grease , gasket nut bolt washer etc. (NOTE :- Spare required will be measured under separate item).

Dismantling and taking down the existing electrical induction motor 3 Phase 415 volt of capacity 2 HP,935 RPM from base drive pully after disconnecting all electrical connection, striping out the motor complete for overhauling, servicing the motor winding by any hot compressed air and cleaning the winding with thinner and apply two coats of antimoisture heat resistance insulating varnish and drying up, cleaning the rotor and stator, replacement of defective parts such as bearing, terminal plate and reassembling the motor and refitting the same for smooth running of the machine. Note:spares parts for repair will be measured under separate item as supply only).

Taking down motor 30 HP 415 volts, 1460 RPM after disconnecting all electrical connection nut, bolts from base plate and transportation to repair workshop and dismantling the motor stator, removing worn out copper winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing size and specification and vernish the same with antimoisture heat resistance including varnishing and drying up slowly and including replacement of all types insulating tape, terminal plate, cable socket etc and reassembling the same, transporting to site for refixing in existing position for smooth running complete.

Dismantling/removing of ID / FD fan motor after disconnecting all electrical connection, nut /bolts etc from its base, stripping out the motor and blower for repair/overhauling including varnish, greasing after servicing the motor winding, cleaning the rotor stator and reassembling the same and refixing it for smooth running.

The Annual Routine check up and preventive maintenance of oil fired steam boiler 300 kg/h make-Thermax model (a) RXA-04,Sl no-1241,1242 or equivalent as approved by GE through authorise service agency of OEM or Origin (Tharmax) company at 155 BH with the following condition. (a) Routine check up visites for procative and preventive maintenance guidance safty and equipments and also health checkup four times in each boiler in a year from the work order (b) Guidance for overhauling of the equipments as per the scope, two times in year in each boiler. (c) Two Break Down visit

Maintenance and servicing of oil fired steam boiler 300 kg/h make-Thermax model (a) RXA-04,Sl no-1241,1242 with control pannel through authorise service agency of OEM or Origin (Tharmax) company including Dismentling the Steam Boiler for overhauling and taking out of all electrical connection and steam line, lifting up steam coil by chain pulley system with other spare parts for inspection and descaling of boiler coil inner tube by cleaning agent and decorbonise the same for proper passing of steam and overhauling of waterpump, fuel pump and replace the unserviceable spares parts/ defective/wornout parts with new spares such as sequence controller, photo resistor cell,valve sheat assembly, gland washer,nozzle, electrode cap, electrode, HT cable, loocking glass, RTD sensor, Temperature controller, Dial type thrmometer, steam pressure switch, water pressure switch, Hose metalic braded, Ignition Transformer, Packing Kylam, Packing Asbeestos, Fuel pump, water pump,pressure gauge, glove valve, gate valve, pipe, Motor,blower, MCCB, MCB, contactor, Maxclean chemical, Nut bolts, lubricating oil, and Cleaning of strainers with vaccum cleaner, cleaning of POL tank etc all as specified and directed. ( (Note spares required for above maint will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of Schedule):Location: 155 Base Hospital.

Disconnecting of unserviceable water pump for Thermax Boiler Model No RXA -04/10.54 and supply and fixing new water pump Triplex power sprayer, 950 RPM,3HP capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of unserviceable Fuel pump for Thermax Model NoRXA -04/10.54 and supply and fixing new fuel pump model-AJ6 AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of unserviceable water pump motor for Thermax Boiler Model No RXA -04/10.54 and supply and fixing new water pump 3 phase induction motor 0.75 HP capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of unserviceable Fuel pump motor for Thermax Model NoRXA -04/10.54 and supply and fixing new fuel pump motor 3 phase induction motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 0.37 KW complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning water softening plant 1000 LPH for boiler feed water tank hardness less than 5 PPM with Raw water pump of capacity 1000 LPH, Softener of 0.25 mtr dia and 1.2 mtr height, pH dosing pump of capacity 80 Ltr, with necessary civil works including equipments foundation, foundation shed, grouting, V notch fixing, drain trenches, nutralisation pit etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Specification shall be as per relavant IS and make shall be approved by HQ CE Eastern Command or E-In C's Branch.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 10 zone with LCD display, microprocessor based local control panel suitable for operation on 24 volt DC, comprising of system for audio & visual alarm indication of fire, continous status indications of healthy fire/faulty zones/fire/fault test switches, zone isolation switch with indicators and also test switch for system test, sounder alarm and a switch to reset the whole system with audio viusal indicators complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of jockey pump set from pump foundation after disconnection from motor /suction and delivery pipe and transportation to workshop dismantling the same and segregating of serviceable and unserviceable parts repairing and overhauling the pump set after replacement of defective parts and machine work and re-setting to the existing position connecting motor /all pipe line and commissioning and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of old painted surface all as speicified and directed.

Taking down old battery and supply and fixing DC starting system for diesel engine driven fire pump of capacity 12 volt including power bank lead acid battery of capacity 12 volts180 Ah all as directed.

Taking out of old 12.5 HP jockey induction motor of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and pipe line/pump connection and transportation to workshop,dismantling the motor and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire of approved make varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the motor after replacement of DE/NDE bearing terminal box all rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints after successfully repairs and testing complete as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose for laying cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level from starting point.

Disconnecting electric connection from main supply and taking out air compressor from inside the machanical laundry plant room and re-installed at out side of mechanical laundry plant as per manufacturer instruction and making necessary electrical connection and compressed air supply connection up to required laundry equipments complete all as directed.
