MANNING AND OPERATION OF EM INSTALLATIONS AND DG SETS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS TECH AND DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Manning and operation of diesel engine driven generator set installation including periodical maintenance consisting of LT Panels, AMF Panel, change over switch and other equipments of installation for contineous operation with 01 (One) FGM in each shift of 8 hours on three shifts a day (24 hours round the clock operation) including Sundays and Holidays including general cleaning of surrounding area of DG set of capacity 82.5 KVA, 3 Phase with AMF panel installed at SMC (Station Hospital) complete all as specified and as directed.In addition serviceability of DG Set 62.5 KVA of Education section and 30 KVA DG set near Airmen mess will be checked including its fuel level,coolant level,Engine oil condition and its operation if required and the same be intimated to JE on daily basis all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 01 here in before, but DG set of capacity 75 KVA, 3 phase installed at MRB (Telephone Exchange) near Sub Station No. 18.In addition serviceability of DG Set 160 KVA & 140 KVA of 3004 Sqdn will be checked including its fuel level,coolant level,Engine oil condition and its operation if required and the same be intimated to JE on daily basis all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 01 here in before, but DG set of capacity 100 KVA, 3 phase installed at 254 CRC.In addition serviceability of DG Set 75 KVA of GNFC will be checked including its fuel level,coolant level,Engine oil condition and its operation if required and the same be intimated to JE on daily basis all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 01 here in before, but DG set of capacity 250 KVA, 3 phase installed at MRSAM 2409 Sqdn.In addition serviceability of DG Set capacity 50 KVA of CM Maint hanger and CM storage hanger(Qty 01 each) will be checked including its fuel level,coolant level,Engine oil condition and its operation if required and the same be intimated to JE on daily basis all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 01 here in before, but with 01 (One) FGM in one shift of 8 hours per day for DG set of capacity 30 KVA, 3 phase installed at 2208 Sqn (Site 21 Hangar) for EOT Crane.In addition serviceability of DG Set 50 KVA of CCU/MFU will be checked including its fuel level,coolant level,Engine oil condition and its operation if required and the same be intimated to JE on daily basis all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Manning and operation of 11 KV Main Receiving Station (MRS) with 01 (One) Electrician in each shift of 8 hours on three shifts a day (24 hours round the clock operation) including Sundays and Holidays. The installation consisting of following HT and LT equipments in new and old building and outdoor 11 KV yard of MRS:- (i) Two poles structure of GEB incoming GODs including metering CTs/ Drop out fuses etc at 11 KV receiving station. (ii) Two poles structure/ four poles structure of HT 11 KV supply. (iii) Transformer of capacity 75 KVA. (iv) DG Set of capacity 125 KVA. (v) HT VCB panels and RMU panels in new and old buildings. (vi) LT panels, HT and LT cables.

Note for item Nos. 1 to 6 (i) Necessary fuel and lubricants will be provided by the Deptt. free of cost under Sch 'B' stores and the same shall be required to be collected by the contractor from MES Store Yard. (ii) The contractor will maintain log sheets of each plant for recording the running period and fuel consumption. These log sheets shall be produced to the Deptt. before claiming any payment/ RAR/ Final Bill duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor will employ (Electrician/ FGM) in each shift (ITI certificate holder from Government/ Government recognised Institute having minimum 04 years of working experience in the trade only). Necessary experience certificate and qualification certificate shall be submitted by the contractor after Acceptance of contract. (iv) The contractor shall ensure that all equipments (as mentioned under Item Nos. 01 to 05 above) are in proper working condition. If any item is required repair for proper functioning of system, the contractor shall inform to concerned JE/ AGE immediately via telephone and in writing.

(v) The contractor is responsible for smooth functioning of installations and if any minor/ consumable items are required, the same shall be arranged by the contractor. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible to communicate the concerned JE/ AGE/ GE regarding any type of break down/ fault within 20 minutes of the incident. (vii) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the installation neat and clean position. All necessary materials and T&P for washing/ cleaning of equipments will be arranged by the contractor at their own cost. (viii) The contractor shall provide protective clothing and jackets, helmet and shoes as approved by the Accepting Officer, to all operators on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ix) The contractor shall provide first aid box with all items at each installation. (x) All operators shall be paid their salary/ wages through Bank Account only ant the proof thereof shall be produced strictly by the contractor while claiming RAR/ Final Bill. (xi) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/ BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/ BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months and his bid will be rejected. FDR/ BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable.
