M&L vitrified ,coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mmx600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles, with all possible design combination as specified by Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ,coloured and printed tiles of width as directed and 9 to 10 mm thick as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement backing coat in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles with all possible design combination as specified by Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles (Digital Designer tiles) 300 x 450 and 6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 with all possible design combination as specified by Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for repairs of sunken portion of toilet floor and side of walls shall be removed the existing treatment and plastered with 10 mm thick CM 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufactures instructions, applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 litre/sqm and laying Actitic Polypropylene (APP) modified membrance , reinforced with non woven ployester, of 3.50 Kg/sqm (minimum, 3mm thick (minimum), with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and 100mm end overlaps embedded in 50mm thick groved .
