SPECIAL REPAIR TO E/M INFRASTRUCTURE IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Taking down carefully point wiring complete of any type, batten/ surface conduit, for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point, and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size from the ceiling, walls etc and making good to disturbed surface of wall to match with the existing surface.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, DBs with MCBs complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/socket 5 Amps point on independent board controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty ERW conduit not less than 20mm dia surface type, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Point wiring will be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring will be considered. Rates for welding work of ERW pipe including T & P required for welding work and making good with existing colour paint is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for point wiring for one FP socket 15/16 Amps point controlled by one, one FP switch complete with 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH cable 1100 volt grade ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed type, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Point wiring will be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring will be considered. M&L for three phase sub main wiring with 6 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6.0 Sqmm. PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 25 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including two run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete. Note:- 04 runs of main cable and 02 run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment.

M&L for sub main wiring with 3 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete. Note:- 02 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment.
