Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F vitrified coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F non skid ceramic joint free coloured matt finish tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm and 6 - 7 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Glazed Ceramic tiles of 300x200mm size and 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment and M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces / stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces / stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of colour wash over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed. (The Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth GI earth wire/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering pipe.) Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
