S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm glazed and skeleton shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with out sash bars) including middle stiles overall (top to bottom), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded,fitted with out and retired beads for securing glass etc size of membrane of shutter as specified in SSR part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panned/single panel) with lock rail and middle style top to bottom and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the sizes of 2nd class hardwood rail and stiles as per IS 1003 (part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core commercial construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium, anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel hold fast etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board, inerior grade, prelaminaed one side wih decorative choice laminaion & other side balancing white lamination lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 38 above but on steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium door shutter not less than 1.5mm thick of section, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats ,glazing clips .rubber neoprene packing , handles 2 Nos in each door,hinges anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc including taking down door farme with shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminum window/ventilator fixed type with two track of sec 85.00 mm x 31.75mm 1.50 mm thick section No 78687,24758 shutter of sec 18 x 40 x1.25 mm (Sec No 8663/8664/8665) with rubber gasket beading and locking arrangement etc complete all as directed Note:Glass shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item.

S&F in repairs aluminum anodised grill of 7 mm dia rod square, rectangular, circular or similar tupe of shape aperture not exc 7.00cm in length or width fixed with H or F channel 38 mm x 12 mm x 1.30 mm (Sec No 8778) complete all as specified and as directed. Make -Grill No 20 of Decoare / any approved make

M&L for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frame or metal frame, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to Aluminium door of size exc 1.2 sqm including taking down of aluminium door and refixing in same opening,including fixing of 6mm dia bolts with threads overall in top,lock and bottom rail section, floor door spring , dead lock and all necessary fitting\fixture complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only shutter (steel shutter) of area exc 2 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm including welding etc if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls of any description and preparing surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% acrylic anti fungal paint in two coats (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm rendering in two layers with 10mm with CM 1:6 & 5 mm thick in CM (1:4) with using water proffing compound on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be paid seprately under relevant item.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of 100% acrylic anti fungal paint (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Framed work such as grills,grating,etc with ends of bars shouldered and / riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways,ralling,framedwork of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe 290.gde e-165 complete all as specified and as direted.

M&L for running welding in repairs of thickness of material to welded exc 6mm but not exceeding 9mm complete all as specified and as directed Note: Actual weld lenth shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Repair to plastering and Camoflaged painting and othe Misc works on over head tank as specified under :- (a) M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment, thorough scraping , rubbing down, washing including filling the cracks with Crak-X filler compound of Pidilite or equivalent as per instruction of manufacturere and applying two coats of 100 % acrylic antifungal emulsion paint, exterior grade, over a coat of primer, on wall, ceiling etc complete at any height and position, including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work as required, all as specified and directed. NOTE :- 1. The under mentioned items shall be carried out up to 18.75 M high overhead reservoir. The quoted rates of items deemed to be included the provision of scaffolding and other arrangement. 2. During the work a net at base shall be provided in order to avoid any accident. and due care shall be taken to avoid any accident. Departement shall not be responsible for any accident.

M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted on wall surfaces over one coat of primer over two coats of wall care putty including sand papering till obtaining a smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for french polishing on wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces, including a coat of wooden filler with one or more coats on old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar C:M (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
