Supply Part DTR 100 kva

Supply of Stay Set Suitable for 11KV made of M.S. Round 1800mm in length, 18mm dia having threads up to 300mm on one end with one nut and one check nut to avoid slippage and eye of 40mm dia on other side and welded confirming to REC specification. Elbow made of MS channel iron 75x40x6mm, 250mm long and M.S. Round 18mm dia, vertical height 450mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 25mm minimum in length and welded with channel iron. One anchor of Angle Iron 65x65x6mm, 750mm in length with one hole of 20mm dia in the centre. The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

Supply of Galvanized Stay Strand conforming to ISS-2141/1992 Edition 2002-05 (with upto date amendments) with heavy coating Zinc hot Dip Galvanized as per ISS-4826/1979 (2001-06) (latest)of following grade and size:- Grade -4 Size 7/3.15mm (7/10SWG)

Supply of Pipe earthing set complete (MS Plate Earthing)

Supply of Earth wire (GI, 8 SWG) (Addl. 3 % (Sag & Wastage) ) @ 1.102 Kg/m

Supply of Full Clamp (MS Flat 50x6mm)

Supply of M.S. Hexagon Bolts and Nuts with washers conforming to ISI-1363-1992 off size

Supply of LT Cable (3.5 core ) 70 mm2 (1.1kV XLPE Cable Unarmoured)

Erection of DTR

Erection of 100 KVA , 11/0.433KV DTR, complete viz digging of pit for poles & earthing (2 No. for pole & 3 no. for earthing), Drilling of holes in X arms & poles Prepration of plateform structure member CI, AI i.e. X-arm & Knee bracing set, Erection of Double Pole Structure, Concreting of RCC Muff with c:c 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 aggregate 20 mm nomial size with curing complete etc.), Erection of plateform, Erection of x-arms, Erection of G.O. Switch, Erection of Drop-Out Fuse Unit, Erection of Lightning arrestor, Erection of LT Box, Providing Earthing connection including G.I.Wire to G.O Switch, Transformer, Lightning arrestor, etc , Erection of 4 Nos. Stay set , Erection of Jumper, Pipe Earthing 3 No. sets , Laying of LT Cable, Barbed wire & painting complete in all respect.

Add dismantling charges of DTR (100 KVA DTR) and allied accessories @50% of erection of new DTR.

PCC Protection work for DTR

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor block, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:– 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc
