House Keeping and Allied Services

Complete up keep of the building offices, rooms, toilets, passages, walkways, building exteriors walls, glass panes, terraces, toilet shafts etc. as per the detailed specifications mentioned in Annexures. (Please refer Annexures no. C,D,E,F&J)

Complete up keep of the open area (Land area less Building plinth area less lawns and gardens) like passages, walkways, pavements, roads, open grounds, as per the detailed specification mention in separate sheet. For Faculty and Staff houses- Outer side of the houses. (Inside cleaning of the houses is excluded) Cleaning of terraces, loft tanks and sintex tanks and Stair cases (Open Area= Land area less Building plinth area less lawns and gardens ). (Please refer Annexures no. C,D,E,F,G&K)

Toilet / Bathroom Cleaning of Houses inclusive of material, labour and consumables as per occupants convenient time and to occupants satisfaction. Wash basins, Toilets, Bathrooms, Washrooms (walls & floors as and when required). Frequency - SIX days in a week. Please note that not all houses opt for this item hence only some houses opt for it hence the quantity may vary during actual execution. Payment would be made for actual quantity executed per month. Deep cleaning to be carried once in a month. (Please refer Annexures no. C,D,E&F)

For faculty and officer houses (From Type-II to Sr. Faculty houses having two sets of toilets plus one washroom)

For Staff houses (From Type-II-A and Type-I and S type having one set of toilet)

Loading, transporting and unloading outside AMC limit the garden refuse, garbage, semi dry waste etc. form a collection point in a hygienic manner. Dealing with any AMC official, their norms etc. is in contractor’s scope. As per detailed specification mentioned in separate sheet. (Please refer Annexures no. H)

Within the campus

Managing facilities desk. The detailed scope of works is as mentioned in separate sheet. By deployment of manpower. The rates shall be inclusive of all statutory obligations, uniform, wages (for regular and extra duties ), management fee etc. complete. (Please refer Annexures no. I)

Supervisor (Quantity= 2 supervisor x 30 shifts in a month= 60 shifts in a month)

Helpers (Quantity= 6 helpers x 30 shifts in a month= 180 shifts in a month)

Providing Mosquito control services for entire campus inclusive of cost of material, equipment, labour and overhead etc.

Fogging Services in entire campus OPEN AREA for mosquito control using fogger machine using Deltamethrin 1.25 % EC @ 15 ml/ Liter of Diesel (Time: 16.00 hrs. to 20 hrs. generally). This activity is performed during daily during monsoon and occasionally during other seasons as and when required. Area to be covered is as per item no. 101 & 102. Chemicals may change as per AMC health department's directives from time to time.

Spreading Fenthion 82.5 % EC @ 2ml/Lit Water in Open Drainage chambers / Storm water drain chambers / wherever the gets water accumulated in Open Area. This activity is to be performed generally during the monsoon period

Sanitization services

Refilling the hand sanitizers in offices area at various locations APPROX QUANTITY 200 LITRS. It should contain alcohol 65 % to 70 % as per WHO Guidelines. The Dispenser unit of approx. 500 ml capacity shall also be supplied by the contractor. No sperate payment to be made for dispenser unit. Approx. number of units 60.

Sanitization spraying for offices and other buildings: Manpower required 3 helpers daily, 04 nos. Battery operated spray machine, 01 nos. Electrically operated pressure pump with 150 meter long pipe with nozzles. Chemical required: Sodium hydrochloride liquid and Isopropyl alcohol 99.9% or substitute as per WHO guidelines and instructed by IIMA Official for material usage. Monthly quantity approx. 600 litres and 60 litres respectively. PROPORTIONATE PAYMENT MAY ALSO BE PAID BASED ON ACTUAL CONSUMPTION

Drainage Manhole cleaning/de-silting work: Blocked manhole/chambers cleaning including removal of silt and other waste material, lifting it, disposal of this waste material properly to designated location as directed in the campus. The work includes usage of manpower, equipment, machinery, Truck mounted Compressor machine etc.. The blockage to be removed using rods or compressor machine as required at site. The work needs to be executed using all proper safety measures required for this kind of work as per government rules. The rate is to be quoted per manhole cleaning as and when required. Scope includes all chambers including student mess chambers and other buildings of both campuses.

Providing Electrical maintenance and allied services by for premises under this contract 24 x 7 as per detailed scope, terms and conditions mentioned. (Please refer Annexures no. J,K,L,M &N)

Providing General Electrical maintenance Services. This item is for other than routine main activities mentioned in 201.1 & 201.2. Supervision of the technicians shall be carried out by the overall supervisor deployed for item no. 201.1. & 201.2 The rates shall be inclusive of all statutory obligations, uniform, wages (for regular and extra duties), PF, ESIC, BONUS, GRATUITY, EL, supervision and management fee etc. complete. (Please refer Annexures no. L,M&N)

Skilled Electrician / Wireman (Quantity= 2 supervisor x 30 shifts in a month= 60 shifts in a month)

Providing General Maintenance Services like Carpentry, Plumbing and Civil repair works for premises under this contract as per detailed scope, terms and conditions mentioned. The rates shall be inclusive of all statutory obligations, uniform, wages (for regular and extra duties ), PF, ESIC, BONUS, GRATUITY, EL, supervision and management fee etc. complete. (Please refer Annexures no. L,M &N)
