Providing office fully furnished air conditioned office space of with minimum 10 work stations and presentation room of not less 500 sq.ft for PMC/ Client/ other offcials associated with this project at Park Avenue Road or Vicinity of 500m of Park Avenue Road at Ernakulam. This item is inclusive of full time office assistant, internet, power, power back-up, other consumable items etc. Office is exclusively for the proiect. lt has to be in a convenient location for the officials associated with this project. The furnished office has to be available after one month from the date of award of work. Fully furnished office refers to a airconditioned office space with uninterrupted power supply that comes equipped with all the essential furniture, equipment, amenities etc,needed for day to-dav operations. Workstation must be an area or space where an individual can carry out their professional tasks and responsibilities. The specifications has to match this requirement. (One workstation minimum 50 sq ft.) Consumable shall meet the requirement of a 10 member office

Providing full time 2 nos of Vehicle with driver including fuel for office use for 6 months (Model Maruti Suzuki Ertiga or equivalent considering a maximum of 2,500 km per month per vehicle)

Dedicated 4 nos GIS Assistants for Client /PMC for 6 months

Data Updation Support for 1 years

Deployment of 2 nos of GIS Assistant including Data Updation for 12 months (Household Survey and property tax details updation

Deployment of 1 no of GIS Engineer for 6 months.

Procurement of GIS License from ESRI – Indo ArcGIS ( Enterprse license -1, 5 users can utilise at a time)
