Grass cutting & cleaning of in residential colony area on regular basis (approximate area 2000 m2) by cutting and upooting wild bushes, grass, weeds, creepers etc. Throwing the removals and undesired material outside of premisses. ( Bi- Monthly for one year)

Clearing the jungle and wild bushes out side substation premisses along with boundary wall of colony area on regular basis (approximate area 1500 m2) by cutting and removing wild bushes and creepers etc. Throwing the removals and undesired material outside of premisses. (Quarterly for one year)

Providing heavy duty garbage dustbins (Two No. for organic garbage and two No. for inorganic garbage) and Disposal of garbage/ debris from dust bins of places as directed by JE outside the sub-station area including sprinkling of lime powder near dustbins and surrounding area including all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Clening of Overhead tank capacity upto 50000 Litre. with brush , scraping of wall and bottom, and disposal of rubbish outside the tank including all labour and T&P etc. requrired for proper completion of work.

Cleaning of Nala more that 0.30m wide and disposal of debris/ garbage uptonearest dustbin including sprinkling of lime powder near Nala as per schedule approved by E/I including all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.( Approximate length of Nala 400 RM)

Cleaning of drains upto 0.30 m wide and disposal of debris/ garbage uptonearest dustbin including sprinkling of lime powder near drain as per schedule approved by E/I including all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. ( Approximate length of drains 100 RM)

Sweeping of colony roads and surrounding area of residences and disposal or debris/ garbage up to the nearest dustbin as per time schedule approved by E/I including cost of all labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work ( approximate sweeping area 2500 sqm)

Opearation of tube well daily by a suitable and experinced operator continuously or in different intervels as per program fixed by E/I including opening and closing of valve, changing of fuse wire etc. as required for proper running of tube well.

Manual Chlorination of water by adding bleaching powder as per direction by Engineer in charge including all labour T&P etc. required proper completion of work.(CSI.11)

Grouting roof for water proofing treatment with : Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) DSR-ITEM NO.-22.14.1

Providing water proofing treatment on roof and wall by Dr.Fixit Pidicrete URP compound of pidilite make cleaning of surface with wire brush. Mixing of Pidicrete URP compound (1 part of compound 1.50 part of cement as per manufacture instruction ) and apply its two coats on leaky surface @ average 0.50 kg/sqm for two coats by skilled labour as per instruction of manufacturer and applying top coat of 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar including cost of all material labour T&P etc required proper completion of the work.(CSI.12)

Cleaning of Inspection Chamber including disposal of waste outside the corporation area as per direction of E/I including cartage, labour and T&P. (chamber below 1.00 cum )(CSI.70)

Cleaning of septic tank by removal of Sludge through Sludge Pump attached with tractor /Manually including disposal of waist outside the corporation area as per direction of E/I including cartage, labour and T&P. (capacity 1 to 4.00 cum) (CSI.69)

Supply and planting English rose plants.

Supply & planting seasonal plants .

Providing services of Mali/ helper including the work of uprooting weeds, spreading manure, watering etc at regular intervals for proper maintenance of plant.(CSI.17)

Hiring charges of welding machine for 8 hours. per day. With all labour ,T&P etc. and including welding rods as required for proper completion of work.(CSI:34)

Extraction of defective 7.5 HP to 25 HP submersible pump and motor with 60'-150' column pipe and then lowering of the repaired pump and motor with pipe and testing the same, including checking mains cut outs, fuses and operation of tube well for 24 hrs for its smooth working with all cost of materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI NO:44 )

Disassembling of 7.5 to 25 H.P submersible motor from pump and opening its casing,taking out burnt copper PVC wire from its slots and cleaning of slots with sand paper rewinding with 1.00 Sq.mm.,PVC insulated wire of Fionlex make or its equivelent make including cost of PVC sheet labour,cartage,etc.required for proper completion of work. (burnt wire shall not be taken back from the contractor)(CSI.46)

Providing Wireman service for 8 hour’s service in a day or part as per requirement by experienced electrician with necessary Kit (holding license and T & P) for attending all type of electrical defects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR Elec.Labour rate Item Elec.1001+15%C.P)

Providing Carpenter Service for 8 hours service in a day or part as per requirement by experienced Carpenter with necessary T & P for attending minor type of repairing work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.(DSR Labour rate Item 0111+ 15%C.P)
