Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting to required gradient and camber formation surface(cutting or filling) of roads using 8 to 12 tonne power roller incl filling in depression which occurs during rolling (incl berms) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works, 2013, in single layer over compacted subgrade with nature sand , crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slagor combinations there of as per the grading required.The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compacation density of atleast 98 % of the maximum dry density.Consolidating to require gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works, 2013.

Material and Labour for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75mm thickness each, grading as per table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works, 2013, manufactrured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.The finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works, 2013.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous, macadam n exc. 50 mm (consolidated thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving gde bitumen any preparation) content by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion RS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concret, 40 mm consolidated/ X Sqm compacated thickness using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5 % (paving bitumen VG30 grade) blinder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soils material n exc. 200m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the staring point.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete kerb stones machine pressed factory made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM (1:6) with plain fair faces, including chamfers , weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing bitumen surfaces of road and applying road marking paint 2.5 mm thick width n exc. 15 cm with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint like stop lines, dashes, arrows etc of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temprature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previouslyy unstreated concrete and concrete based surfaces and Material and Labour for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over one coat of priming paints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm X 100mm X 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manefactures instruction.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 60mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 Watt, one Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 mcd to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of Green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.
