Disconnecting electric/water connections and removing centrifugal motor from base plate of pumpset and transporting motor to workshop and back after repair, servicing etc and refixing in it's original position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity :-

M&L for opening of pump assembly, removing worn out bushes, lockkeys, case rings, air release valve, gaskets and replacing with new items of same capacity/type including necessary machine works at site as required complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities :-

M & L for rewinding of induction motor by means of cutting and removing existing burnt out winding completely, cleaning and repair of slots and rewinding with new copper wire of existing gauge and size/turns, varnishing with class B insulation, assembling the motor complete, testing at workshop all as specified and as directed for the following capacity :-

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of centrifugal pump set of following capacity and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and writing of MES/SM No complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity :-

S & F in repair floot valve after taking out old unserviceable foot valve from open well/UG sump conforming to relevant IS-4038 PN 0.2 for the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed :-

S & F in replacement of ultraflon gland packing of size 6mm to 10mm for centrifugal pumps for different capacity ranging 7.5 to 20 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of CI sluice valve, PN 1.6, ISI marked, flanged ends and suitable holes drilled with brass spindle and check nut including rubber gasket 3mm thick nuts, bolts & washers and other necessary machine works as required at site including taking down/removing the unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified for the following sizes :-

CI 150mm dia

CI 100mm dia

CI 80mm dia

M & L for repairs to 80/100/150mm CI sluice valves refacing, regrinding, repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle after cleaning and including re-assembling with 3mm thick gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers and other necessary machine works as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Fuel pipe of length not exceeding 1 feet alongwith brass end terminals suitable for 12 HP diesel engine complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of onload change over switch-Disconnector (conforms to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3, 125A, 415V, 50Hz, 4 pole including removing the old unserviceable change over switch after disconnecting from panel busbar complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : L & T CO21250OOOO or any other equivalent)

Masonry valve chamber 750 x 750 x 75mm for 80mm dia galte valve including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 foundation, brick work in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering on internal surface in CM 1:4, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 as in coping and using 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron frame & 6mm thick MS plate cover complete with locking arrangement, painting on steel and iron surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
