Construction of GOs Mess 07 suites at Bn HQ BSF KLP Tripura West R C Ghat SH. Consultancy Services for soil investigation, preparation of detailed estimate and preparation of structural and working drawings

Carrying out soil investigation by boring through all types of soil with 150 mm dia casing pipe by shell and auger or winch and rope set up as per IS:1892-1979 for taking N-value at an interval of 1.5 m depth or change in strata whichever is earlier as per IS 2131:1981. Undisturbed & disturbed sample as applicable will be collected at every change of strata along with water table recording. The borehole shall be terminated at a depth where N>100 is encountered. Laboratory test will be done for Visual and Engineering Classification, Bulk density, Natural moisture content, Sieve and Hydrometer Analysis, Atterberg Limits, Specific gravity, Swelling pressure, & free swell index, Triaxial or Box shear test, evaluation of safe bearing capacity along with strata logs and submission of comprehensive report and Consolidation test as per IS 2720.Preparation and submission of final report (7 hard copies and one soft copy). Including all graph charts, test results etc for calculating SBC with different sizes of foundations at shallow depth and pile calculation for deep foundation.

Presentation of drawings of site plan and drawings ( Plans, elevations) and after approval of presentation drawings by client, Preparation of Complete Architectural & Structural Design and drawing including Structure and Plan, elevation & Sectional elevation of full details, Services drawings ( electrical, firefighting, plumbing, sewer lines etc) , detailed calculation & drawing as per latest I.S. Code (including vetting from Govt. engineering college) and Detailed Estimate for C/o GOs Mess on basis of DSR 2023 & upto date correction slips and Market rate analysis. Submission of detailed estimate including Measurement sheet, Analysis of rates as per latest DSR 2023 and submission of duly vetted 7 prints of final structural drawing one soft copy.
