Surface Cleaning of metal surface by chemical cleaners and then by hand and power tool cleaners and removing dust. After cleaniong ,applying primary coat with one coat of Zinc rich epoxyprimer to athickness of 100 microns, followed by finising coats 2 coats with coal tar epoxy with material, labour, and all accessories with all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing of cast iron gear box of size 420mmx420mmx100mm with 65mm Dia rod suitable check nut with double locking system for operation of shutter,ball bearing system,key operation,handle,bolts and nuts finished item of work.
