Work 1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material with Grading- III material (HBG M/C + Stone dust) CBR value not less than 20 and PI value less than 6 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORDIncluding Overheads & Contractors Profit but excluding GST & Seigniorage charges

Work 1 Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel joint description, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction joints, applying primer, sealant, dowel bars, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD including Overheads & Contractors Profit but excluding Seigniorage charges

Work 1 Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including settling out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable material as per technical specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH including overhead charges & contractors profit but excluding Seigniorage charges.

Work 1 Filling with sand in trenches, sides of foundation and basement with intial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc,. complete for finished item of work (APSS NO.309 and 310) Including Overheads charges & Contractor's Profit @ 13.615% but excluding seigniorage charges & GST

Work 1 Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 MORD / 1600 MORTH, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded, including overhead charges & contractors profit etc. complete for finished item of work.
