SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing fair and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only of integral water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and aprons removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 size 7 mm thick in vertical surfaces as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each including making good disturbed portions with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 or in cement mortar 1:4 after removal of frames all as specified and directed.

S&F of 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35 mm thick second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze etc. edges of framing plain, chamferred or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, wire gauge etc. ; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator glazed shutters, side hung type without sash bars aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/s (standard aluminium section of DG-2496 of sizes 39.4 x 17.7 mm and 1.2 mm thick (min) including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2Nos), suitable handle (1Nos) for each shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixed pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified, directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing 25mm light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings ISI marked and laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, with required size flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers, pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable, RCC poles, stays and struts etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan . and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The back fill shall be neatly rolled/ levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56 of SSR Part I

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand layer all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M& L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B' of size 230x115x75 cm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder Pillar Box out door type, double door made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coted painting frame made out of angle iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps Aluminum strips / bars duly insulated on insulator/ suitable size Ba kelite sheer, free space between MCCB/ busbar and other connection items should be provided, the space between ground and panel should be 60cm with PCC foundation for LT panel, LT panel should be provided with necessary locking arrangement, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires and comprising and including the following: Incoming a) MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amps, 10 KA.- 01 No. fixed thermal and magnetic setting type Outgoing a) MCB 2 pole, 6-32 Amps, 10 KA.- 06 No (4 for Bldg, 2 Spare ) b) MCB 4 pole, 6-32 Amps, 10 KA.- 01 Nos c) Intelligent panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kWH , etc with all connected CTs d)LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue-01 set

S&F exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240volts of 900rpm complete with louvers of size 300mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Making a circular hole on existing brick wall at height less than 3mtrs from floor, and making good with proper cement plastering, paint to match the surrounding walls for fixing of any sweep ventilating fan. Note: The demolished PCC material should be removed at a distance not less than 50mtrs from site.
