SH:I - Job Contract for Operation & Maintenance of E&M Installations. Opeartion and Maintenance Contract of Preventive/breakdown maintenance,repair and operation of Electrical & Mechanical installations of 11 KV / 415 V sub station, HT and LT distribution panels, AMF Panels, UPS System, Battery Charger ,operation of DG sets , Electrical Installation of teriminal building, ATC cum techinical block and operational area NAVAIDS, complete GLF System(CCR, Runway & Taxiway Lighting, PAPI and Approach lighting System), Street light/parking lights/high mast/flag high mast, maintenance of earth pits, Apron light and perimeter lighting, operations and maintenance of Hydro Pneumatic Water Supply System, Fire Alarm & Fire Hydrant System, Sewerage treatment plant(STP), Elevators etc etc. attending day to day complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking recification action,ensuring serviceablility/satisfactory working condition of the systems.Maintenance of records/documentation etc. covered under this contracton all days including Sunday and holidays as per Special Conditions of Contract.

SH:II - CMC Of Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm System Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of addressable and conventional fire alarm system ,detection control panels, repeater panels of Edward EST-3 ,& Globe GE:8001N, Agni makes & capacity installed in Terminal Building, ATC cum Technical Block, Ancillary Builiding, Power house, DVOR, NDB etc.. Maintenance & upkeeping of all type of smoke detectors, heat detectors, response indicators, beam detector, manual call points, control modules, circuit isolators, multi criteria detectors, monitor module, hooters, Autodialer,detector with sounder base including associated wiring work upto main fire control panel installed at various locations of Terminal Building , ATC cum Technical Block, Ancillary Builiding, Power house, DVOR, NDB . The work includes periodical checking / testing, servicing, maintaining records, attending breakdown calls as detailed in the special conditions of the contract, particular specification etc. complete as required. (Note: Agency has to provide certified engineer for quarterly service visit of addressable/conventional fire alarm system for complete check of intelligent fire alarm and detection system and rectification of all type of faults complete as required including software up-dation. The engineer has to submit quarterly service reports.)

Repairing,servicing of sluice/ butterfly valves/ NRV/gate valve etc .of different sizes provided in the fire system at various locations of fire hydrant and sprinkler system as required. (Item will be executed only if required)

Repairing & servicing of following capacity pump sets after dismantling and providing all necessary defective/worn out parts such as nut-bolts, rubber gasket gland dori, rubber coupling, suitable bearings etc. and re-assembling the pump, making the pump set perfect working condition as per good engineering practice complete in all respect as required at site.(Item will be executed only if Required)

SH:III - Maintenance Of 60KLD STP Carrying out proper cleaning of raw sewage sump, aeration tanks, settling tanks and chlorine contact tanks etc. of 60 KLD STP Plant to ensure smooth operation of the plant and activity time schedule shall be submitted to AAI before planning the cleaning of tanks to avoid hampering of terminal operations etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of Filter Media as required for pressure sand filter & active carbon filters of 60 KLD Sewage Treatment plant as specified in the special conditions of the contract etc. complete as required.

Supply of following Chemicals for day to day operation of Sewage Treatment Plant & as and when required.

Testing of treated water sample for PH, Total Suspended solids(in mg/L), Biochemical Oxygen Demand(BOD) (in mg/L), Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) (in mg/L), Oil & Grease (in mg/L) and Total Residual chlorine(Cl2) (in mg/L) from NABL accredited lab in quarterly basis and submission of test analysis reports as per norms of statutory authority as required.

Repair,Rewinding and servicing of following capacity 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply of 60 KLD Sewage treatment plant pump motors/submersible pump, Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

SH:IV - Filtration of Transformer Oil and Servicing of HT LT Breakers etc. Testing of transformer oil sample including conducting BDV test & acidity test in reputed Govt. approved labs and producing test report etc complete as required.(02 No.of 1250 KVA Transformers: Total Qty:02)

Servicing, Checking and Testing of the following Make & Capacity LT Air circuit breakers(ACB) through OEM/ authorised service agency of OEM as per recommended standards and submission of test report to AAI complete as required. (Job includes calibaration of inbuilt over current/earth fault relay, checking of internal wiring of ACB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker/panel including minor repairing works and supply of the consumables.)

SH:V - Servicing of E & M Installations Rewinding, servicing, repairing of ceiling fan / wall fan / Exhaust fan including replacement of wornout / defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

servicing, repairing of fully automatic sensor type hand dryers including replacement of wornout / defective parts like sensors, i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Repair and rewinding of submersible pump motor set of above 2 HP and upto 10 HP Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Lifting ,lowering, Repair of submersible pumps upto 10 HP from existing borewell/open well & installation, testing and commissioning at site by using tripod and other tools, including its connected pipe & cable, packings, nut bolts etc and making water proof joint in submersible cable complete as required

Annual maintenance contract of 2 Sets Hydro pneumatic pump Systems of DP make including the cost of spares for trouble shooting and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable, functional, operational and serviceable state of the following system. Hydro pneumatic pump system models: (a)HPS DPVF 18-40 4.0 KW -1W+1S(01 number) (b) HPS DPV 15/4B- 3.32 KW -1W+1S(01 number) Above mentioned two pump sets consisting of suction and discharge manifold, NRV, DRP, VFD, Control panel, isolating valves, Pressure Gauge, pressure Transmitter, base Frame, Pressure tank etc.

SH:VI - DSR item Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi scheduleof rates (E&M) 2018.[Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs.5,00,000.00 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document. (Note: the firm has to quote / upload the percentage above / below (+/-) % on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate coloumn as clarified below. The rate provided in DSR 2018 is inclusive of GST, however the contractor has to quote the percentage rate excluding GST).
