Intake works (Mini tube well)-

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of following works as per typedesign and drawing complete

Transportation of suitable truck mounted Rig machine, air compressor, Opunit, camp equipment, connected T&P and necessary accessories, Mini tube well assembly housing pipe etc. Including loading unloading erection and levelling of rig machine up to site of work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge, required for drilling and development of Mini tubewell

Drilling of bore 200 mm size by rig machine using ODEX in alluvial, boulder , pebbles , rocky stone , sticky clay etc. including lowering , welding of required kind/size of MSERW casing pipe(blind/slotted)from ground level up to entire depth

Drilling of bore 200 mm size DTH attachment bottom of casing shoe

Supply of 200 mm dia size casing pipe (MSERW) CASING PIPE 8.2mm thick (slotted pipe)

Development of mini Tube well by suitable air compressor to give sand free discharge at least for 15hrs.

Development of mini Tube well by suitable O.P. unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having suitable discharge including running of O.P. unit and yield testing of tubewell by V notch at least 30 hrs. to the satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Dismantling of rig machine and other equipments and clearance of site after finishing of job.

Supply and fixing of 200mm size well cap after completion of work made from MSERW pipe and MS sheet of 8 mm thick

Supply and fixing of suitable size casing shoe suitable for ODEX drilling and made from EN-24 steel.

Supply of suitable bit tube 100 cm length made out of seamless casing pipe as per requirement of ODEX attachment etc.

Supply and fixing of 200mm size M.S. housing clamp 8 mm thick i/c nut and washer complete

Rising main works-

Providing, carting from store to site of works & laying, jointing of following sizes of pipes.
