4. Artwork & Multilayer Exhibits Props required as per aesthetics and Design. Display items such as pooja thali set, set of flora, such as plant, flower etc. to be made in mix media like metal/ FRP/ Brass/ Fabric etc as per requirement.

Tilted relief Indian map for projection mapping H2.5 m W2.5 to be made with 18 mm BWP and FRP including all required , goo paint ,shall be constructed using 18mm thick BWP plywood, wood, MDF or mix-media as base material and include materials such as fibre, cloth, back drop painting, 3D models and other required materials, all of which must be water and rust proof as per Engineer/Architect in Charge's satisfaction. Hand Painting on high-quality canvas fabric made from 100% cotton or a cotton-polyester blend with a plain or duck weave, suitable for use in display backdrops, banners, wall coverings, or artistic installations. The fabric shall have a weight range of 300–500 GSM, offering medium to heavy-duty strength, with a minimum tensile strength of 200 N (warp) and 150 N (weft), and tear strength of at least 50 N, by highly skilled artist in supervision of art expert on wall and wall panels surface as per design with water based acrylic colour of artistic grade as per instruction of engineer-in-charge and client.

Design, supply and installation of Artistic Mural made in FRP by highly skilled artist of required shape and size as per design with premium quality colour coating and instruction of engineer-in-charge.(Payment to be made on actual area of work done)

Design, supply and installation of FRP for wall panels by highly skilled artist of required shape and size as per design with premium quality colour coating and instruction of engineer-in-charge.

Wooden Cladding with Veneer (18mm) on Beam: Providing and fixing 18 mm thick BWP cladding on beams using seasoned and chemically treated wood of approved species, securely fixed with adhesive and concealed fasteners to ensure a seamless finish. All joints shall be properly filled and finished to maintain uniformity. The surface shall be sanded, stained (if required), and finished with veneer of approved shade and sheen, applied in multiple coats with proper drying intervals for a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. Measurement shall be in square meters as per the executed work, and the rate shall include material, labor, surface preparation, and finishing.

Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring: Providing and laying homogeneous vinyl flooring of approved make, shade, and thickness (minimum 2mm/3mm as specified), with anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and slip-resistant properties. The flooring shall be installed over a smooth, dry, and properly levelled subfloor (with the help of self-levelling floor compound) using high-quality adhesive as per manufacturer’s specifications. Joints shall be heat-welded for a seamless finish, ensuring durability and hygiene. The surface shall be rolled with a heavy roller to eliminate air pockets and ensure proper bonding. Measurement shall be in square meters as per the actual laid area, and the rate shall include material, labor, surface preparation, adhesive, and finishing.

Supply, fabrication, and installation of partition wall consisting of MS tubular framework made from 50mm x 50mm square section, welded and fixed securely as per design layout. The framework shall be properly treated with anti-rust primer and painted with synthetic enamel. Both sides of the partition shall be clad with 18mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood, fixed with screws and adhesive to ensure stability and durability. All edges shall be finished flush, and provisions for openings, electrical conduits, or display mounting (if required) shall be incorporated as per the site conditions. Complete system to be fabricated, aligned, and installed plumb, ready for further finishing or surface treatment.

Himalayan Stone Cladding (12-18mm) with Adhesive: Providing and fixing Himalayan stone cladding of 12 to 18mm thickness in approved size, shade, and texture, pasted using high-quality polymer-modified adhesive suitable for natural stone applications. The substrate shall be properly cleaned, levelled, and primed before installation to ensure strong adhesion. Joints shall be filled with matching grout or sealant as required. The surface shall be cleaned and finished as per the approved design. Measurement shall be in square meters as per the executed work, and the rate shall include material, labor, adhesive, surface preparation, and finishing.

Polycarbonate Roofing with Metal Framework: Providing and fixing multiwall polycarbonate roofing sheets of approved thickness (minimum 10mm as specified), UV-resistant and weatherproof, fixed over a galvanized MS framework as per structural design. The metal framework shall be fabricated from MS tubular sections, properly welded, primed, and painted with anti-corrosive coating for durability. The polycarbonate sheets shall be securely fixed using aluminium profiles, EPDM gaskets, and stainless steel fasteners to ensure water-tightness and thermal expansion allowance. Measurement shall be in square meters as per the actual covered area, and the rate shall include material, labor, fabrication, installation, and finishing.

Supply and commissioning of 25 Nos. of replica paintings based on original antiquities, as per the specifications and sizes provided in the attached annexure. Each replica shall be produced with high fidelity to the original artwork in terms of colour, texture, and detailing. All paintings shall be framed using high-quality materials—either glass, acrylic, or wooden frames—as suited to the display and conservation requirements. The framing must be aesthetically appropriate and structurally sound to ensure safe handling and long-term durability. All artworks shall be framed using weatherproof, moisture-resistant materials—smaller works with non-reflective glass and larger ones with thick transparent plastic sheets stretched over sturdy wooden frames to prevent warping. The scope also includes complete packaging, safe transportation, and installation at the designated site, ensuring no damage during transit. All works must conform to museum-grade standards and be completed as per departmental approvals and curatorial guidelines.

Supply and Commissioning of Replica Sculptures (Antiquities):The work includes the supply and commissioning of high-quality replicas of original antiquities (sculptures), comprising 1 No. in Bronze and 5 Nos. in Stone (as per annexure A2 attached), with sizes ranging between 450mm to 750mm. The replicas shall accurately reflect the form, detailing, and finish of the original sculptures, maintaining the cultural and historical essence.For the stone sculptures, sculpting work shall be undertaken in close consultation with CNC machining experts to ensure precision and durability. It is recommended that the sculptures be developed in modular parts or segments, each representing specific cultural elements or design motifs. These modules shall be fabricated at an off-site facility, ensuring quality control, and then carefully transported to Kedarnath for final assembly and installation. The site assembly shall involve precise joining, alignment, and pasting, ensuring a seamless appearance and structural integrity.All materials, tools, and execution methods shall adhere to conservation-grade standards and be approved by the competent authority prior to commencement.

Hardwood Bench (1m x 0.40m): Providing and placing a hardwood bench of size 1m x 0.40m, made from seasoned and chemically treated hardwood of approved species, with a minimum thickness of 25mm for the seat and supports. The bench shall have a sturdy design with smooth, rounded edges and shall be securely assembled using stainless steel screws/fasteners. The surface shall be finely sanded and finished with melamine/polyurethane (PU) polish in an approved shade for durability and aesthetic appeal. Measurement shall be in numbers, and the rate shall include material, labor, polishing, and installation.

Kedarnath Doli, designed as per actual dimensions using a hardwood base frame for authenticity and strength. Detailed elements crafted in FRP with traditional motifs and forms, complemented by high-quality fabric drapery in ceremonial colours. All materials are treated for durability and finished as per approved design specifications. The final work will be measured on overall size (which includes multiple layers as per approved designs).

3D mural work in multiple layers , shall be constructed using 18mm thick BWP plywood, wood, MDF or mix-media as base material and include materials such as fibre, cloth, back drop painting, 3D models and other required materials, all of which must be water and rust proof.
