Supply of CI Transformer Housing Box water tight, round shape of outside dia 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole centre of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts. The box shall have a clear hole at one side surface, centre at 75mm above bottom surface and suitable to receive 50mm dia B class GI pipe and check nuts and also have a clear hole on the same side , centre at 100mm above between two hole centre and suitable to receive 15mm dia B class G.I pipes and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10 X30mm inside near the hole(100mm above bottom surface) and a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia., B class GI pipe as per drawing as required. (Single Hole).

Supply of Isolating Transformers of following rating of 5 KV Grade 50 Hz Series Type, encapsulated and finally moulded with TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) Type Rubber moulded in injection moulding with primary and secondary connections complete as required. 200Watt 6.6A/6.6A for APPROACH.

Supply of 5 KV Grade Plug and Receptacle of Type I class "B" Connector suitable for field attachment with 5 KV Grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed of Single Core Copper Conductor Cable of following size conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required 1 x 6 Sq mm.

Supply of Breakable Coupling suitable for Approach Light Fixtures etc. as required.

Supply of following elevated type High Intensity Uni-directional Approach Light Fittings suitable for use with 200W, 6.6A halogen lamp, Holder, Central Column Assembly, Breakable Coupling, Gaskets, Two Pin Secondary Lead plugs, Base Plate with Six numbers M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers, including 150W Halogen Lamp with suitable Filter as specified and other accessories confirming to ICAO requirements and as per the enclosed particular specifications etc. complete as required. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of elevated type Medium/High Intensity Runway/Taxiway/ Approach/ Threshold light fixtures on the existing Transformer Housing box including Installation of Isolating Transformer, Light fixtures and other accessories and including alignment, making transformer connection and earth connection etc as required.

Installation of 1 No. CI transformer housing boxes on cement concrete foundation including excavation, providing 200mm thick 1:3:6 base concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded store aggregate 20mm nominal size) size 830mm x 830mm, providing 1:2:4 all round concrete of size 630mm L, 630mm B, 400mm H; top surface slopped to match transformer housing box top, providing 1 No. 5mm thick circular cover plate for housing boxes, painting the cover plate with one coat of premier and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, providing 1 No. 300 mm long 15mm dia B class GI pipe for drain, refilling disposing off surplus earth etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping the following plug and receptacle with exisiting core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable including filling the gap with water sealer material applying HT tape over PVC tape etc as required. 6 & 16 Sqmm.

Supply & Laying of PVC Insulated FR/HR PVC Sheathed unarmoured 3 Core x 4 Sq.mm Copper Conductor Flexible Cable etc. as required. From housing box to light fixtures.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend,couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II complete with cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground ( 80cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioining and protective covering et., complete as required. 63mm dia(OD-63mm & ID-51mm nominal)

Laying of one number pvc insulated and pvc sheathed XLPE power cable of 5/1.1KV Grade Airfield Lighting Cable of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5/1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. [Upto 35 Sq. mm]

Supply of Pre-Fabricated manhole chamber of NP-3 Class of size 800mm Inner Dia, 990mm Outer Dia, Height 1000mm, Weighing not lessthan 700Kgs including suitable cover confirming to HD 20 etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter

Supply and Fixing of Frangible approach Mast upto 0.5 Metres Height etc. as required.

Supply and Fixing of Frangible approach Mast from 0.5 to upto 1 Metre Height etc. as required.

Supply and Fixing of Frangible approach Mast from 1 Metre to 1.5 Metre Height etc. as required.

Supply and Fixing of Frangible approach Mast Above 1.5 Metre and upto 2 Metre Height etc. as required.

Providing and Laying of 15 mm 'B' class GI Pipe including excavation of hard / soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe with Transformer Housing Box providing checknuts as required.

Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5 Metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and Laying Earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG G.I. Wire in 15mm dia class 'B' G.I. Pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and Fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable /DWC/ HDPE Pipe as required.

ITC of PAPI units(4Nos.) with all accessories allignment including Theodilite settings, surrounding ground leveling & and providing PCC and Installation of calibration base units etc. as per standard specifications complete as required.

Making horizontal boring of size 160 mm dia for Runway Crossing by adopting trenchless technology /HDD work through specialized pipe jacking method by erecting equipment to true to the alignment and gradient, by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including drawing/inserting HDPE pipe of 160mm outer dia,excavation in all types of soils including hard rock etc., as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Manufacture, Supply, and delivery of HDPE pipe conforming to IS 4984-1995 of size 160mm outer dia including transportation and butt welding at site etc complete as required.
