M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement, including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic at every 3 m length and at corners.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (20mm graded aggregates ) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (20mm graded aggregates ) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (20mm graded aggregates ) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of flat, rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of flat, rough finished surfaces of concrete walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of flat, rough finished concrete surfaces of soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as all as specified and directed.

M & L for CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. Note : a) Integral water proofing compond will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. Supply only integral waterproofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for cast iron work grade FG 150, articles exc 5 kg each unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide, zinc chrome primer all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F monoblock centrifugal pump set, electric driven with pump of capacity 3HP three phase motor to drive the pump set, connection cable from DB to pumpset, including starter, suction pipe, foot valve, necessary base frame for motor pump set and its foundation as per OEM instructions complete.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches , n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for dry Sand filling in cable trenches for protection of cables with two layers below and above cable and punned down to specified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50 mm dia GI tubing light grade for cable protection.

Supply and laying in trenches 65 mm dia UPVC (SCH-40) pipes including necessary fittings such as bends,Tees, Union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F FRP based outdoor type Junction box pole Hinged (L) mounted with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication and fixing canopy for protection of centrifugal pump made out of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 2 mm thick sheet steel confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 having size of structure 75x60x180 cm and roof with slope of 10 degree, painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamell paint including necessary PCC work, fasteners, nut, bolt, washer etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN, 415 volt, 40 Amp capacity, 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI med grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC/ Iron cover with handle all as specified and shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.
