M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded agg with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete

Taking down sub main wiring any size of two single core Aluminium/Copper conductor cable PVC insulated alongwith/ without conduit and accessories and removing from site of work making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and floor / ceiling etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down main switch/DB’s including MCB’s with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete.

S&F modular metal flush box of module 8 flush ISI marked make - Havells or equivalent make of Anchor all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT/HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables, cable covers, etc for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the sizes of LT cables up to 16 Sqmm, any core.

All as per item No.12.17 above but LT cables of size up to 25 Sqmm, any core

Taking down existing LT pannel and dismantling MCCB,Busbar,Wires,voltmeter.ammeter and shifted to E/M Store for taking into credit all as Specified & directed by EIC.

Taking up/down existing GI/PVC tubing alongwith fixed connections and fittings like gate/globe valves, stop valves and keeping in safe custody the serviceable items for reuse and removal of unserviceables items from site of work of 25 mm size.

M & L for boring, drilling, threading and tapping on existing GI mains of size 32 mm to 150 mm bore for connecting 25 mm bore pipe by fixing on clamp made out of MS flat iron of size 40 x 3 mm made to required shape & size with GI socket duly welded, nut & bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set minimum 62.5 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts,1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-II) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications. (A) ENGINE - 3 cylinders, inline, 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled Natural aspirated, developing 80 BHP (minimum), compression ratiom 1500, governor G2, maximumallowable back pressure 4.5kPa at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514., charging alternator voltage 12V, current 35 Amps, starter motor rated violtage 12v, with battery 12V DC, 88AH, fuel system HSD, fuel tank capacity 150 Liter, oil cooler water cooled radiator capacity 20 Liter water pump type centrigal type gear driven The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output 62.5 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415Volts at the alternator terminal
