Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fitting and fixture and such as as switches, sockets ceiling rose,pendent holders,regulators,light fittings any type removing materials to store in safe custody or for credite etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc as directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing capping of size 20 to 25 mm with all accessories and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, switch board complete with PVC rectangular type box heavy duty for mounting the switch socket etc complete as specified for the following :- (a) One light/Fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. Taking down defective /unserviceable AC rotary compressor of any make of capacity 2.0 TR and replacing with new rotary compressor of make Tecumseh, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Hagelin refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuum for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable AC reciprocating compressor of make Tecumseh /kirloskar /emerson of capacity 1.5 TR , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuum for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable AC reciprocating compressor of make Tecumseh /kirloskar /emerson of capacity 2.0 TR , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuum for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for checking for leakages, creating vacuum, charging of R-410 gas in the unit to the required pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following appliances:-

(a) Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity.

(b) Window type AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity

(c) Water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace ice tray with PVC cubicle separater.

Supply and replace cabinet bulb of refrigerators of suitable size and capacity.

Supply and replace internal wiring kit complete sutaible for following :-

(a) Window type AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity

(b) Water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs capacity.

(c) Split type AC of any make and capcity 1.5/2 ton.

(d) Refrigerator of 165 to 310 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace condenser fan motor complete with necessary mounting bracke to and base frames for :-

(a) Window type AC of any make capactiy 1.5 Ton cap.

(b) Water coolers of any make and cap 40 to 150 ltrs capacity.

(c) Split type AC of any make and capcity 1.5/2 ton.

(d) Deep freezers of any make & cap 200 to 425 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace bottom tray of window type ACs 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replace heavy duty PVC flexible pipe with necessary jubilee clamps for water cooler/split ACs/Window ACs drains of size :-

(a) 15mm dia bore.

(b) 20 mm dia bore.

S&F in replacement of PCB of split type AC Cap 1.5/ 2 TR as per existing make and model. Complete all as specified and directed by Engrs - in- charge.

M&L, for providing rubber foam heavy duty insulation tube over the existing copper tubing of any length at any location in replacement of worn out insulation including fixing with cable tie, clamping all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement front grill of window type AC as per sample, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, replacement to air filters of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity as per existing pattern, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement new coling fan motor for window type AC1.5TR/2TR, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of old rusted front panel with show grill of desert cooler with new grill made out of GI sheet 22 SWG complete with front show plate with ON/OFF switch for pump & four speed regulator for fan of approved make all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning after taking down complete body including fitting and fixtures of desert coolers of capacity 4000/5000 cum/hours of any make with wire including removal of all sludge, loose paint dirt etc and preparationand cleaning of surface for painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamenl spray paint inside and outside surfaces and applying two coats rubber seal paint inside the water tank, and rewriting of MES No etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 3 Pin Top, 5 Amp for desert coolers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable water cooler (capacity 40 ltrs) reciprocating compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable refrigarator (upto capacity 260 ltrs) compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable Refrigrator (upto capacity 320 ltrs) compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable Deep frizer (capacity upto 425 ltrs) compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of water tap for water cooler of capacity 40 Ltrs / 150 Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for checking the leakage by feeding dry Nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, plugging the leak and charging by charge refrigerant gas R-12/22 for water cooler, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing of voltage stabilizers AC single phase 2 to 5 KVA of any make by opening of the body, cleaning of internaly, checking and tightening of all terminal connections including replacment of worn out terminal connectors, screws, bolts etc complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S/F in replacement transformer of voltage stabilizer of capacity 5 KVA as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

S/F in replacement to electronic control PCB of voltage stabilizer of capacity 5/4/3 KVA all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Minor repair of internal electrification work such as no electric supply, minor repair of electric fitting and fixture , switch , sockets , MCB,s etc at Mil Stn Gandhigham area round as directed. Note:- Replacement of faulty part not included in the above items .

Notes: - (i) Only Minor repair shall be carried out on spot and other major item shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Major items replaced as "supply and fixing" under respective item of this schedule shall not be payable under this item.
