Outsourcing of services for maintennce & operation of central type AC Plant (Air cooled chiller) complete comprising of compressors, motors, pumps, AHU, Condensors, LT Panel and the connected equipments at NWSA (P-502) capacity 10 TRX 3 (2 working and 1 standby) (Air cooled) and NWSA ( P-505, P-511) 22TRX3 (2 working and 1 standby)(Air cooled) in three shifts ( Each shift of 08 hrs continuous operation) . Note: The services to be provided shall be all as specified in particular specification along with the following : (a) Operation of LT Panels, pumps,Starters, Changeover daily all as directed by EIC.(b) Operation of DG Set 200 KVA in case of mains failure immediate or as and when asked by MES reps. (c)Maintenance of DG Set including checking of oil level, water in radiator, battery charging, deisel, cleaning of DG set on daily basis. Helping MES for filling Deisel & intimating the deisel position/balance in prior. d)Tightening the nut and bolt of cable terminal end, making new lugs of burnt calbe connections in LT panel. (e) cleaning the vegetation in surrounding area of the installation as directed by EIC. (h) Cleaning the AHU and Chiller on daily Basis (i) Filling Gland / seal in water pump (g) Operation and maintenance of humidifier & de- humidifier

Note:- Applicabel for item No 1.00 to 6.00 (a) If operator found absent from duty , double recovery shall be lived by the department. (b) Operator should be in uniform. The rate quoted by contractor includes the cost of uniform. (c) Contractor has to provide all stationary, Mercury & Degital Humidity / Temperature data logger required for maintaining log book. (d) The operator have to be well skilled in operation and minor maintenancce of central AC plant. (e) Contractor will pay to employed semi skilled labour as per minimum wage guideline letter issued by Ministory of Labour & Employment lette no F.No 1/38(2) /2018-LSII dt 28/09/2018 and will quote accoringly. (f) Contractor will submit daily servicable report of all the AC plants in hard copy duly counter signed by Plant operator.

Disconnecting the electric connection of the defective motor of any make from panel board , dismentling from centrifugal pumping set/ bolwer / colling tower, transporting to workshop and dismentling motor , taking out burnt copper winding of motor, cleaning the casing with wire brush, rewinding the motor using PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge, re-assembling the motor to its original form, after replacement of defective parts as its original parts , bringing back to site of work, reconnecting electrical connection , recouplingg with centrifugal pump set for satisfaction running to the satisfactory of Engineer - in - charge for the 7.5HP capacities of motors .
