Dismantling existing HT pole of any size and transporting to MES store complete. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size complete (and keeping in side shall be property of the contractor after credit recovered by the department). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Prestressed concrete pole ISI marked of 11.0 Metres long. 152 mm X 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class 9. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in soft/ loose soil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 m deep for foundation for poles, and getting out in soft/ loose soil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation including form work and finishing the exposed surface of concrete even and smooth. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in stay foundation including form work and finishing the exposed surface of concrete even and smooth. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in repairing of coping/ new coping of poles including form work and finishing the exposed surface of concrete even and smooth. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shirnk type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 Sqmm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12 here in before, but of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shirnk type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 Sqmm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14 here in before, but of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Disc type insulator, grey porcelain insulator with overall dimensions 145 mm high and 255 mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 mm x 6.0 mm, not exceeding 7.5 metres, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of Galvanised, 20 mm bore Galvanised watering pipe, PCC chamber with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, Galvanised protection pipe light grade ISI marked 40 mm etc all as shown on plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including necessary test on completion. Supply and fixing stay assembly complete with accessories as showing in electrical plate No.1 with 16 mm dia stay road (loop type insulator, stay strand, stay clamps, excavation and Plain Cement Concrete will be measured and paid separately on as required basis). Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing with all locking arrangement. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing only chain link Mild Steel Galvanized fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire upto a height of 3 mtrs. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for fencing post and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for servicing, inspection, cleaning of vacuum circuit breaker HT VCB 26.3 KA 250 MVA 630 Amp indoor switch gear make Alstom/ CG type : VR5 with motorizes operation mechanism 220 volts DC shunt trip/ close coils operation counter, handle for manual spring charging, relays, meters etc carefully, tightening cable connections, replacing worn out fastners, applying petrolium jelly to movable and fixed parts for its smooth functioning, submitting service report giving details of defects, if any, alongwith list of spares for rectification including replacing sparest and rectifying the defects. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The entire servicing/ inspection shall be carried out by the rep of OEM or by his authorised service centre rep. Fixing charges for item No 25 to 38 catered hereinafter are deemed to be included in this item No 24. Genuine parts of OEM of VCB should be incorporated in work.
