The intending bidder/firm/Company/Consultants should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) at least one single work of 'Conducting Survey & Preparation of Detailed Project Report for the Improvements to Main canal/Distributaries/Sub Distributaries' in any Government projects of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender (Rs. 8.43 Lakhs) during the preceding 5 years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Certificates should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be given to bring it to the 2026-27 price level

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted including adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR.

The intending bidder should furnish the KPWD Class-III and above Contractor certificate of registration issued by State/Central govt. organization.

To qualify for award of this contract, bidder/firm/Company/Consultants in his name should have (in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of value not less than Rs. 16.87 Lakhs. Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered Accountant should be uploaded. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered account & having UDIN should be uploaded.

The intending bidder/firm/Company/Consultants shall furnish details of liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of value not less than Rs. 5.10 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from any Nationalized/scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. in the specified format as per FD circular No: FD CMM/16/2022 (P-2) Dt: 22.08.2022, mentioned in the bid document.
