The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 224.23 Lakhs during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during (i.e. during 2020-21 to 2024-25 will be considered). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2024-25. one similar work means Preparation of detailed estimates, Package estimate & DTP for the work of Extension, Renovation and Modernization (ERM ) of of Main Canal, Distributaries and Sub Distributaries including structures and Liaisoing with various directorates of CWC for approval of Detailed Project Report of Extension, Renovation and Modernization (20 Marks).
The Consultancy firm should have completed at least 1 DPRs of ERM of Canal/Lift Irrigation works as per CWC Norms and shall have got approved from CWC, Delhi (10 Marks)
The intending bidder should have prepared DPR of ERM Scheme, Detailed estimates having length of Main Canal, Distributaries and Sub distributaries not less than 650 Km, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2020-21 (i.e. during 2020-21 to 2024-25 will be considered). Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle (10 Marks)
Personnel including Skills and competencies. The Bidder Company should have and deploy the following key personnel man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished. Key equipment Technical Requirements- 1) UAV Drone equipment DGCA approved survey grade UAV certificate along with UIN number own or tie-up- 2 No (1 Marks), 2) Dual frequency DGPS- 3 No (2 Marks), 3) Total Station-2No (2 Marks), 4) Auto Level-2 No (2 Marks), 5) High end computer work station with licensed software such as Auto CAD Civil 3D-2No (2 Marks), 6) STAAD PRO Software-2No (1 Marks). The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average financial turnover of 896.92 lakhs during the last 5 financial years reckoned back from 2020-21 duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percent per annum. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. (The Turnover certificate issued by registered chartered Accountants along with UDIN) (10 Marks)

Preparation of Final DPR of MRBC & MLBC based on approval of various Directorates for final investment clearance, etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Liaisoning with various Directorates viz., approval of Detailed Project Report of MRBC & MLBC, Finance Management, Cost Appraisal, Irrigation, Economics, Hydrology, Project Planning, Irrigation Planning etc., for attending technical observations and to obtain approval of each Directorate etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Detailed study of the project area, preparation detailed reports on Engineering aspects comprising implementation of modern irrigation techniques such as adopting piped irrigation/Micro irrigation, introduction of Telemetry & SCADA, Automation of Regulators/canal operations up to lateral level, study on Conjunctive use of water with the help of GIS based data for MRBC & MLBC etc complete as per directions & guidelines of CWC and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Detailed geotechnical investigations by taking undisturbed soil samples for BC soil at identified reaches of canal and carrying out laboratory tests for assessment of swell pressure for designing the CNS layer below canal lining as etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Detailed study of the MRBC & MLBC project area, preparation detailed reports on Non Engineering aspects such as formation/reviving of existing WUCS and formulation of additional WUCS, Introduction of soil /water health card and Capacity buildings of WUCS/Govt. agencies /Farmers on water use efficiency etc., complete as per directions & guidelines of CWC and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Detailed Study of the command area, proposal for converting canal network to modern irrigation techniques such as adopting piped irrigation/Micro irrigation for enhancement of irrigation efficiency, identification of saline affected areas and mitigation measures, identification of additional area for irrigation, if necessary, as part of Extension, Renovation and Modernization of MRBC, etc complete as per directions & guidelines of CWC and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Conducting detailed survey and investigation, taking cross section of the canal at every 30 m interval, preparation of Design and Drawing for as per design incorporating all necessary data and preparation of KM wise estimates for Earthwork and lining along with necessary design and drawing Km wise L-section(scale Horizontal 1 in 3000, any revised hydraulic particulars and cross section of existing canal network
Conducting detailed survey, reconnaissance survey and investigation, taking cross section of the canal at every 30 m interval, preparation of Design and Drawing for as per design incorporating all necessary data and preparation of KM wise estimates for Earthwork and lining along with necessary design and drawing Km wise L-section (scale Horizontal 1 in 3000, any revised hydraulic particulars and cross section of existing canal network (Scale 1 in 200)
