Daily Sweeping, Washing, Cleaning (except Sunday & Holiday) of in side office Rooms, Corridors, Staircase, Stair rooms etc. at all floors of the entire building, collecting litter in bins from G. Floor to 7th Floor daily morning except 1st Floor Enquiry in the afternoon as & when required including providing washing powder, Phenyl, detergent disinfactant and all other required materials which to be supplied by the agency at his own cost. 9890m2 x 23 day x 12 Months = 2729640 m2

Daily (except Sunday & Holiday) sweeping, cleaning, brooming walls, tables, chairs, glasses, sofa, computer, almirahs, inside glass panels etc. including easing, oiling steel windows, collapsible gates including scraping all member & fitting as to make those easily operable and maintaining of door closer, door stoper, door lock etc. (Cleaning materials as required which is to be supplied by the agency at his own cost). 5650 m2 x 23 days x 12 Months = 155940 m2

Daily Cleaning of all Lavatory blocks including attached toilets to the Chamber of higher officers, cleaning of floor walls, W.C. / Commode, basin, urinal, Flushing Cisteran and all necessary including supply of phenyl, washing powder and Deodorant Cake, Odonil twice in a month. Changing naphthalene balls from urinals once in a week as per direction of E.I.C. 688.543 m2 x 23 days x 12 Months =190038 m2

Cleaning Compound Premises and roof of the building of shrubs, jungles dust etc. Including sweeping, brushing with supply of required materials at agencies own cost. Work to be executed at least twice in a week or as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4117.74 m2 x 4 days x 12 Months = 197652 m2

Cleaning & disinfecting U.G. Reservoir & O.H. Tank including masonry reservoir to be executed quarterly in a year with bleaching power, detergent etc. Photographs to be submitted against proof of cleaning works. 3.142 x (11.84 x 11.84)/4 x 2.5 x 3 Times=825.57 m3

Labour charges for maintaining i.e., cleaning, repairing & desilting of Master pit, Master Trap etc. within the compound of premises. 6 Nos. in a year.

Cleaning silt of inspection pit and disposal outside thecompound pemises. 87 Nos. x 3 Times = 261 Nos. in a year.

Rmoving chokage of H.C.I. or S.W. pipe with split bamboo under ground. 544 m x 3 Times = 1632 RM in a year.

Disposal of out coming water from A.C. Duct from each room of the building where AC exists in Schedule office time and closing of stop cock for urinals at different floors before and after scheduled office time. At least two nos. dedicated manpower to be deployed daily for this purpose.

Engagement of 1 no carpenter for repairing works for 312 days in a year as skilled worker.(Rate of skilled worker should not be less than daily wages as per WB GOVT LABOUR COMMISSIONER current wages release).
