INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F for wall mounted LED box type tube light fitting 4' x 20 watts industrial commercial interior batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser, high lumen ouput box type fitting, 230 volts and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for LED tube light fitting with aluminium housing 2 feet x 10 watts mirror type with high out put diffuser, decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting with warranty option of 5 years from date of installationcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for LED tube light fitting with aluminium housing 2 feet x 5 watts mirror type with high out put diffuser, decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for wall mounted fan, 230 Volts, 450 mm sweep (5 star rated) as per BIS, other necessary accessories and electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan teriminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Hot dipped Galvanized wire mesh cable trays should comply Standard EN ISO 1461, manufactured with a longitudinal 'T- welded' safety edge, constructed with 50 x 100 mm mesh configuration including couplers, covers with clips and wall mounting accessories as per site requirement. Supports, brackets or hangers, covers designed loading capacities of the brackets and the hanger torques must be tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537 of size 300 mm width x 50 mm height complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply , install, commissioning of open well submersible pump set, eletric driven three phase 415 volt AC supply, 50 Hz, 2800 RPM with a capacity of 5HP, Head range 24-36 mtr and discharge 312 LPM of suction and discharge size 65mm x 50mm inclusive of submersible cable upto 5 mtr , starter, auto water level sensor including copper wire 1.5 sqmm and SS probe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Submersible flat cable 3 core x 6 sqmm PVC insulated & PVC sheated copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing GI pipe of size 50mm dia and taking 40mm dia branch connection including necessary fittings etc. all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, testing and commissioning of LT electrical out door distribution panel board floor mounted cubical type dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof, astehically designed, having at least IP-54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including bus bar chamber, continuous GI strip earth bus bar 4 strips of Copper bus bar minimum 300 Amps capacity having size 25 mm x 10 mm cross sectional area, insulated color sleeves, procelain/epoxy insulators, rail channels cable alloy, danger notice board including provision of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 30 cm grouted in ground floor and 30 cm above GL duly painted including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc complete with locking arrangement duly powder coated of approved color connecting incoming & outgoing cable connection with suitable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers and cable joints, prewired complete with PVC insulated fire retardant copper conductor cable complete The panel shall be comprising of the following:-

Supply and installation and commisioning of Three Phase input & Three Phase output, PWM technology, On Line UPS of Capacity: 10KVA. The UPS to have LCD Display with Built in By-Pass arrangement with auto change over protection in case of High & Low voltages, Single Phasing & phase reversal protections etc. The power factor of UPS to be minimum 0.8 L Inclusive of SMF Batteries Angle Iron Rack with Copper connecting Cables& thimbles. The SMF batteries bank of 13000 VAh to be provided to give a back up time of 60 minutes on full load.

M&L for Borewell earthing with the help of mechanical boring machine of 300 mm dia 30 mtr depth including supply and fix 300 mm dia (O.D),UPVC pipe 6 Kg/sqcm rating -06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01 No ,Supply and fix 30 mtr 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade lowering in borewell with the help of T & P duly drilled 8mm dia hole at an equal interval of 150 mm along the length of pipe for providing good condutivity of earthing and M & L for providing 32 X6 mm GI strip up to 7.5 mtr long complete with protected with 40 mm light grade GI tubing and connect with equipment by nut bolt and bore well earthing with the help of suitable size GI nut bolt and washer etc complete. M & L for charcoal ,dust ,salt fill in bore well for earth conductivity M&L for covering of borewell withearth pit of size 45x45x45x cm in cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 kg/ sqm with suitable handle complete all as specified and give the minimum earth result below 1.0 Ohm to provide any chemical etc as required complete all as specified and dircted . Note: (i) Earth strip and GI protection pipe up to length 7.5m shall deemed to be included in rate of above item.

Supply and fixing Surge protection device (SPD) type 1+2 AC TP+N (triple pole and neutral) 320 Uc (V) , in 20 KA to Imax 50KA upto 1.5 KV including suitable enclosure and installation in parallel connection in DB and making all electrical connection with copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and installation and commisioning of Isolation transformer,Indoor type complete copper wound, oil cooled, class of insulation B, metallic body duly powder coated designed for I/C voltage 415+-5% and O/P voltage range 415+-5% with standard fittings, 3 Phase 4 wire with Primary & secondary winding ratio 1:1 , vector group:Dyn 11, Delta-Star, IP 42/55 with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95%, separator neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. Potential difference between N to E less than one Volt with all standard fittings like digital meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hook one set, earthing terminal two nos complete with over load/short circuit protection of capacity of 20 KVA all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix isolation transformer of wall mounted type 2 KVA capacity air cooled single phase 230 V with ratio of 1:1 including digital voltmeter with all connected acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix Gun Status indication board made out of first class hard wood board with bakelite top cover 3 mm thick of size 0.5 mtr x 0.5 mtr x 0.1 mtr, pre wired complete including supply and fixing on the wall mounted following :- (a) LED lamp, 15 watt, red colour with bakelite lamp holder-01 Nos. (b) LED lamp, 15 watt, green colour with bakelite lamp holder-01 Nos. (c) LED lamp, 15 watt, yellow colour with bakelite lamp holder-01 Nos. (d) Electric buzzer 4'', 230 volts with time delay 3-5 sec,including contractor of suitable capacity -01 Nos

Supply & Fix FRP junction box of size 600x500x250mm in fix on wall with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Labour for Laying of under ground OFC/Signal (01 Run OFC cable and 01 Run of Signal cable alongwith pipe) cable through hard/soft trench, GI pipe , drainage section, ducted region etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PCC route indicator pesestal type of size 30 cm x 10 cm made out of RCC with 10 mm dia rod circular above the GL 60 CM with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 above GL, PCC (1:2:8) in foundation below ground level duly engraved HT/LT cable- MES all as directed by Engr-in--charge.

M & L for making Platform for Transformer using Block masenery & PCC (1:3:6) including finishing of surface. Size of Platform should not be less than 2mtr x 2 mtr and minimum hieght of the platform from ground one meter all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for transporting transformer 200 KVA from one location to another location as directed within 2Km distance by disconnecting HT/LT cables earthings etc as directed and reconnectuing HT/LT cables,earthings etc. as directed. Note:-All T& P required for transportation shall be included in item rate quoted.

M&L for Boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using necessary machine including supply & inserting HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply and fix air cooled cassette split air conditioner with scroll compressor electric driven, three phase of capacity of 4.0 TR complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed. Note: The following will be deemed included in the quoted rate by the contractor:- (1) The system should work with eco friendly refrigerant gas. (2) Making hole on any type of wall & finishing with & including white cement. (3) Copper pipe line with insulation suitable for refrigerant gas. (4) Outdoor unit stand, drain pipe, communication and power cable between indoor and outdoor unit.

Supply and fix distribution board (DB), double door type made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof DB, TPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, 415 Volts with in built MCCB 80 Amps, 25 KA, 1 No. earth bar IP 43 protection complete all as specified and directed .

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc. for 25 users complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm dia DWCP pipe , laid, jointed and tested complete as specified and laid in trenches jointed in CM 1:1 and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
