Material & labour for Servicing of 1200/1400MM ceiling fan by dismantling carefully and taking out unserviceable parts, dust & grease, cleaning of internal parts with kerosene oil, washing, checking of alignment of shaft, oiling and re-greasing of bearing/bushes including replacing of unserviceable part like bearing ,gun metal bush, capacitor,Rubber reel of suitable capacity and re-assembling the same and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire as approved by Eng-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper,Letherized paper,cotton tape,glass sleeving,insulating varnish etc.and transportation to site after testing at workshop,connecting and testing on full load ,hanging/fixing the repaired fans in same position or at position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. as directed for the following fans:- (a) Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in -Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement in repair ceiling fan down rod of length 300/450 mm, inner diameter 15mm and thickness not less than 1.5mm with clamps nuts, bolts and washers for existing ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement in repair ceiling fan down rod of length 600 mm, inner diameter 15mm and thickness not less than 1.5mm with clamps nuts, bolts and washers for existing ceiling fan as approved by Engr-in-Charge etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix alluminium fan blades white colour suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan with suitable nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for complete painting of ceiling fan and sweep with two coats synthetic enameled paint(spray paining) of existing colour or ordered colour on one coat of red oxide primer after scratching and making/prepration of clean and smooth surfaces by applying putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 17 here-in-before but painting of exhaust fans of 300/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement of PVC body exhaust fan, AC single phase 230/240V of size 250 mm sweep with louvers including making hole of suitable size/ alteration to the existing hole to fix the exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Old unserviceable exhaust fan will be deposited in MES store yard).

Labour only for attending emergent day to day complaints i.e no light ,earth leakage,short circuit, neutral break, mains/ sub main/internal circuit of existing system of main building /block, making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the system in order/functional including replacing fuse wire,copper cable,copper thimbles, glands,earthing wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- 1.Rate of fuse wire,copper cable of size 1.5,2.5,4 Sqmm upto 3 RM,copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire are deemed to be considered in this item. 2.Minimum One electrician to be present daily during the contract period,if found absent Rs-600 per day will be deducted daily.
