Supply of new H.P compressor of reputed make(Ingersoll Rand/Cummins/BHEL/ABB/Elgi) as per specifications: a)Type=Base mount b)Working pressure= 42kg/sq.cm c)Design Pressure/capacity=60kg/sq.cm d)Air pressure vessel capacity=1600 litres (Available at site) e) Motor Rating=20 H.P,415V,3-Phase induction motor.

S.I.T.C of High Pressure Gate valves(Flanged type) of size 25mm CS make: Leader/Sant or other standard quantity

S.I.T.C of High Pressure Non-Return valve (Flanged type) of size 25mm CS make: Leader/Sant or other standard quantity.

S.I.T.C of Protection and control panel with connected fuses,ML2 contactors, Thermal overload relay ,Single phase preventer, Over/under voltage protection, Earth fault protection, with delay timers, ON/OFF switch with Auto/Manual operations and other allied indications with allied accessories as per site requirement.

S.I.T.C of Al AC power cable 50 sq.mm 3.5 core.

S.I.T.C of Copper DC Control cable 2.5 sq.mm,8 core along with all terminals, lugs, ferrules etc.

Providing and fitting of ISMC(100X50X6mm) to be installed for the base of the compressor.

Raising of the concrete base by 12 inches and then Grouting and fitting of H.P compressor over the base.
