Supply & fix PVC door PDS-01 comprising of shutter and frame of all as shown on drg No.CEAA/TD/149 sheet No. 1/1 (PVC RIGIDE FOAM) , door frame/ chowkhats of solid rigid foam profile FP-6030 and shutter of solid PVC foam profile FP 7114 with 4 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as infill (Panel) including all necessary hardware fittings/Mild steel iron / aluminum mongre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixiing solid PVC double door frame of size 50mm x 95 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made by jointing 3 Nos, hear bent PVC sheet 'C' channel of 5 mm foam sheet of sizes 35mm x 30mm x 25mm and 40mm x 35 mm x 40mm & 25 mm x 30mm x 35mm using solvent cement. The two side 'C' channel shall be reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tusbe of 19mm gauge. All the three 'C' channel shall be fixed to flat baseof 5 mm PVC sheet with solvent cement. The profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 4 Nos. 150mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15mm MS suare tusbe inside the 19mm x 19mm square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 mm long MS screws throguh the frameby using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 8 Nos of screws to be sprovide for each vertical member & minimum 4 nos for horizontal member etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made moulded door shutter consisting of solid core single leaf flush door of 30mm thichness, lipped with 15mm (5mm x 30 thick x 30mm width on one stiles and top reails & bottom rails. The inner panel laminated with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC sheet with 2 raised panel design in different plain and 2mm plain coloured PVC sheet on other side using rubber adhesive on flush door & solvent cement adhesive on the PVC lipping etc., complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification and rawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made wiremesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of 19 gauge thickness & size of 19 mm x 19mm of style and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock and bottom rails. And in addition one veritical member throughout in between styies. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of appropriate sixe 15mm wide PVC sheet beading is to be stuck internally in the back side of stiles and ralls of door with solvent cment adhesive. So that the wiremesh can be fixed properly. The wiremesh solid shutter have PVC sheet to match the sutter of PVC moulded shutter etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed wih stainless steel wire staples as in wiremesh shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for non skid ceramic colour tiles (square / rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 15 mm thick screed bed (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic edgeless tiles (400 x 400)mm x 7 to 8mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match complete including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed for shade, pattern, design and laying of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Note - Length of curtain rod shall be measured and paid for as one unit. Quoted rate is deemed to include for provision of a pair of brackets and clamps per unit length) .

Removing demolised building materials/ debris etc to a distance of 2 KM or under incl loading unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pulling down the existing U/S wires of any type from concealed wiring carefully of aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc.) with or without conduit, along with all connected accessories such as ceiling rose, switches, sockets, switch boards, fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pulling out sub main wiring only any size of aluminium conductor cable PVC insulated with or without condiut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down main switch/DB’s including MCB’s with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through existing conduit including provn of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire continuity with new plastic laminated white coloured top sheet cover 3.0 mm thick on existing sunken box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for :-

One light point controlled by one, one way switch single pole piano type .

One Fan point controlled by one, one way switch single pole piano type.

One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on the same board.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket out let on independent board.
